A beautiful villa set in its own stunning grounds with a view of Cortona. Our room was characterful, comfortable and large opening out to lawns, swimming pool all edged by vines. Very warm and friendly welcoming, helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast.

The property is very welcoming and well decorated. The ambiance is quiet and cozy and makes you feel you very relax. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was great. All the staff was very kind and accommodating. Looking forward to my next stay !

Absolutely fabulous!! So relaxing and tranquil.. Beautiful gardens and the pool was amazing!! Me and my daughter originally booked a week in Rome which we found too long so we decided we needed some relaxation and came to Cortona.. We wished we had of stayed here all week and did the day trip to Rome instead! Cannot wait to come back for 2 weeks next year!! Well worth every penny and the staff were amazing.. Nothing was too much trouble and very helpful! 😍❤️👌

Air Conditioner was a little weak, but typical for the area.

Breakfast food selection was good, and eating facilities (especially outside) were great.

Mobile reception is 4G but a little weak, however, the wifi makes up for it.

We always wanted to try an authentic medieval villa in the heart of Tuscany, and we got exactly that. They neatly combine the rustic style with the modern facilities, and the pool with the view onto the surrounding hills and the town of Cortona is breathtaking. The staff goes the extra mile to make you feel home.

The dining area, lounge and bar area could be improved as these areas are a little dated but it didn't affect our stay.

The team at Relais Villa Baldelli were very friendly, helpful and professional. The swimming pool is beautiful, with views over the Tuscan hills. The rooms were large and clean. We slept very well as it is a peaceful location, extra large beds and the window shutters offer complete darkness!

Fantastic stay. Very welcoming hosts. Rooms large and well equipped. Lovely breakfast. Pool was fantastic. Good base for exploring the surrounding area. Hosts gave us excellent recommendations for dinner etc and helped with laundry/ dry cleaning. Highly recommended.

The setting was absolutely beautiful, surrounded by a vineyard and beautiful landscaping. Lovely view looking up to Cortona. The staff was amazing and so friendly. Our room was very very comfortable and very spacious. And the breakfast was always delicious!

I prefer a bit of a softer bed, but I know that’s a very personal preference and one that obviously can’t be tailored to each guest. Regardless, I slept wonderfully and woke up each morning refreshed and ready to explore Tuscany. I will certainly be recommending Villa Baldelli to friends & family for future trips!

The grounds of this beautiful villa are just stunning. The pool is nestled between a sunflower field & a vineyard, making it just about the most Tuscan thing possible. It’s the perfect place to enjoy an aperitivo while enjoying a lovely view of Cortona. The staff is very friendly & helpful, and the breakfast in the garden was picturesque on top of being delicious. Parking was included and the city center of Cortona was just a short drive up the hill. Our room was also quite large with a good sized bathroom and very efficient air conditioning (a must for us when visiting Italy in the summer).

Room was a little small but we spent the majority of our time outside or exploring the area so it didn't matter too much!

A lovely place to stay just outside of Cortona. You definitely need a car to get in to the main town but this place was perfect and it was lovely to have breakfast in the garden each morning. The pool was also great!

The Hotel is more like staying at a villa-manor or farm estate, because of the vineyards, beautiful gardens and indoor design as well as lovely rooms designed so authentically. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is close to Cortona and half an hour drive to other scenic places and drives. It suited us as we wanted to stay in one place and travel with our car around South Tuscany. We plan to stay with them again next time and recommend to our friends.

Air conditioning needed to be turned on from front desk. Did not know this and thought it was broken during first night.

Staff was excellent. Second time staying here and room was a little less than expected, dark. Very close to Cortona.
