The car traffic on the street was at times a bit much, particularly when enjoying the pool.

Well located close to the Porto Cervo Marina and several excellent restaurants. I is close to marvellous beaches and in the middle of a breathtaking landscape.

Not entirely hotels fault but whilst the hotel seemed almost empty - I got the room with a screaming toddler above me. When he wasn’t crying he was banging something on the balcony, or running across the floor - so woken up during night and early mornings. I would check this next time and request a room on top floor or away from kids if possible. I should have asked to be moved but I liked my apartment.

Great value for money. Simply furnished but had everything needed for a short break. Receptionists were polite and helpful and the pool is immaculate with lovely shrubs. Toiletries and Linen provided and replenished during stay. I liked that they encouraged recycling. Parking at the back of the property free and easy to find space. Location is superb. A short walk to marina and two stunning beaches. I didn’t use any restaurants but had a nice coffee at the Marina pub.

It’s very basic, no toaster, no mugs for tea/coffee. Could have done with some extra sheets for the beds at night. It’s very small with only a two seated sofa.

The location was good, the property was clean and had a large balcony. The aircon was sufficient to keep the bedrooms call to if you left the doors open, even though the aircon unit is in the lounge/kitchen. The restaurant next door is fantastic. Pool is an added bonus, which was kept very clean.

The beds were hard. The air conditioning was only in the main living/kitchen area which was small for 4 adults. You need a car to get around and visit places.

A comfortable 2 bedroom apartment in a good location with lots of parking. It's a short walk to Porto Cervo marina, a longer but scenic walk past the boats to the centre of Porto Cervo, (the walk is steep in places so allow time). There are some good restaurants close to the apartments.

The rooms were a bit dated. The shower in the unit was tiny and tight. The master bedroom mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. The parking at times became an issue. There didn't appear to be any designated spots for the guests staying at the resort. No laundry facility onsite.

I think the picture of the accommodation was better than the reality. The accommodation was basic and tired, It needed a bit of updating. We upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment, for just 2 of us - it would be a squeeze for 4 adults. Air-con wasn't efficient it was very hot. The balcony wasn't very big, and when the air-con was on (in the apartment), hot air blew out from the unit on the balcony, which made it even hotter. Also there where recycling bins, brooms, mop and bucket on the balcony, which didn't make it a pleasant looking area. This meant we didn't really want to eat out there, so went to restaurants, which became costly.

Friendly and helpful reception staff. It was a quiet residence and had a lovely pool (shame the pool was closed between 1- 2pm daily) The bed was comfy and the pillows fluffy. Some toiletries supplied. No daily cleaning, which was fine by us for self-catering. The location was fine for the marina and the supermarket. Porto Cervo village was about a 25 min walk, along a very pleasant path by the marina/sea. There is a very nice restaurant right next door to the accommodation good food at very reasonable price. A couple of beaches within a short walk, which were lovely, with crystal clear waters.

Very nice apartment with terrace. There is a pool with a lifeguard. Walking distance to the marina and couple minutes by car to Porto Cervo centre. Good restaurant is near the Residence. Definitely a great place to both self-cater and eat out.

The staff was very friendly! Natalia and Giuseppe were very helpful and kind. I loved the location of the apartment and how much outdoor space we had. Pool was very clean as well

The property did not meet my standards. I would not allow my family to stay in a house like that. It is not to the standard of my family's hotel stayings. The pictures and online were not as I expected. I refuse to stay there and I subsequently went somewhere else

It did not meet my expectations as online pictures and what I thought I booked. When I met with the property management they said they would refund me my money back. I'm waiting for my refund please

The swimming pool was out of use. Immediately after your booking, you get an email that the swimming pool is not in use. Cancelling the booking wasn't possible anymore... This is unfair. The room was very basic, and the bathroom very old. It was to expensive for what you get.

The female on reception is rude and unhelpful. She did not offer to help us with our several bags when we were clearly struggling nor did she care. When we asked any questions about the local area, we were made to feel like an inconvenience or an absolute burden. All they care is about taking your money and making sure you do all the cleaning. We had a letter stuck to our door on the final night saying about how much they will charge us if it is not left clean, rubbish is not sorted into the four bins correctly etc. The male receptionist is much more friendly however. It is not hard to be polite but I guess that was asking for too much, I was looking forward to staying here but the atmosphere is dead and I was left disappointed at staff.

The pool area (when it is open) The restaurant next door has good food and friendly staff. Marina is a short walk away.
