Residence is overpriced. Meyro is quite far, as well as tram. Reception doesn't work properly. The room wasn't cleaned well. The security deposit of EUR 50 has been taken and returned upon arrival. But nobody checked if everything was OK at the end. The kitchen sponge was used. No dish washing liquid provided.

Residence is safe. It is located in China town with a variety of chip and testy street food.

The wifi doesn’t work. Tried several vouchers without success. There should be a comment that due to late arrival you need to pay 50 EUR deposit plus 15 EUR for the receptionist

The neighborhood was so safe, the room was exactly like the pictures and the people working on reception were so nice. If I go to Milan i will definitely stay there again!

The free wifi didn't work for me, but otherwise all fine.

Great location to explore Milan - Chinatown with lots of street food and great bars is around the corner, and the Parc Sempione, Brera and even the Dome are within walking distance. Excellent value for money.

Good location - around 15 minutes walk to Milano Porta Garibaldi and 30 minutes to Milano Centrale, big rooms with small kitchenette. Good wifi connection.

There was no furniture on the balcony, so eating outside was a challenge. Some convenience items were missing, like dish soap, spices (like salt/pepper), and some baking oil/butter.

Excellent location! Very close to Chinatown and a tram stop. Both the Cimitero Monumentale and Sempione Park are within walking distance. The apartment was small but cozy, and also had a small balcony as well as AC (although it was a bit high and there was no remote), which was much appreciated with the hot temperatures. The bed was nice, and the small kitchen was well equipped with multiple pots and pans, cutlery, and more. Check-in was easy and quick, and the person behind the desk was very kind. We had to pay the tourist tax in cash, but it was no problem to pay it later.

The bed was a bit small. I could have used a more comfortable one.

It had a lot of space for a solo traveller, clean and like 10-15 mins away from Porta Garibaldi which was favorable since I was going to move by train a lot. It had kitchen applies and a fridge. The bathroom was spacious enough.

No microwave, iron, coffee maker, oven, just burners. Very few outlets. Water in the kitchen tasted terrible, but water in bathroom was fine. No soap. Shower drains very slowly

Fabulous location, walkable to the Castle Museums, Chinatown with great selection of food, half a block from tram stop to Duomo, near Moscova subway station. Apartment was very quiet despite having tile floors. Good wifi. Room was comfortable even without AC. Several markets close by.

It's in the middle of Chinatown. The feeling of the place and facilities is not that upscale. Needs a little more renovation.

It's in a location that enables easy access, by foot or train, to many places in Milan. Staff was friendly and wifi worked well. They helped us with the iron and A/C which we asked for.
