The appliances and the furniture are a bit old. The terrace doors don't block the outside noise very well; Despite the quiet street, train sounds from nearby railway are noticeable.

The apartment, steps from beach, restaurants, and markets, boasts a spacious layout, fully equipped open kitchen, large bedroom, and comfy sofa bed. Both rooms have air conditioning, with the bedroom featuring a huge terrace offering partial sea views from higher floors.

There was a lady at the reception who spoke only Italian, not polite, not nice. I think the lady should undergo intensive customer service training, or change her job, or retire, because she only discourages guests. The property is close to the beach, in a good location, the kitchenette is well-equipped, but the microwave and stove should be replaced, they heat very slowly.

The location of the facility close to the beach, the room with a kitchenette generally met my expectations.

Nice clean apartment in the building with elevator. Kitchen well equipped. Beach was nearby so can be easily reached on foot with little kids. Easy to reach train station and old town by bus or Metromare.

- the flat had two air conditioning units but unfortunately none of them was cooling. Luckily hasn't been very hot days during our stay. - receptionist available only by phone.

2 friends, we really enjoyed our time here! :) There was everything what you need (including wine opener :D :) ). Rooms were big enough shops and nice beaches really nearby - paid (5 - 10 € per one, but depens on how much comfort you need), there is also a public free beach. Flat was quiet, sometimes train passed by (it wasnt loud), we sometimes heard neighborous, but not after 23 pm. They dont speak English much, however it isnt a problem at all. Really helpful and nice owner. I would love to come back. :)

I didn't like how little of information the staff gave and they are not there always. You'll hardly even meet them in a day. I personally hated the pillows, i can hardly call them pillows cause there was nothing.

I loved where the hotel was located, its very near to the beach and all restaurants are just a few steps away.

Would have liked a slightly bigger room, but actually didn't spend too much time in there

very close to the beach. Staff very helpful and friendly despite the language barrier. We had booked for 2 nights but decided to stay in Rimini an extra 2 nights. I emailed to add on the extra 2 nights - no problem with this. It was also just around the corner from the main strip and across the road from the beautiful beach. We were given beach towels to use.

The property is very close to the beach. It was very clean and spacious. The host upgraded our apartment to a bigger one without us even asking! He was very accommodating.

Neighbors could be heard through walls. Some renovations above were ongoing (we were there in march, offseason), which is understandable. The location isn't great off season, as most action goes down in the city centre. Otherwise, its just two steps away from the beach and boardwalk.

Close to the beach. Quite easily reached from Pascoli station with Metro Mare. Spacious apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Quick check-in and check-out. Good shower.

The rooms need a lot of renovation. Dirty walls, windows, broken tap. The railway is close, so you should not open the windows during the night. The receptionist guy (?) /owner (?) is bored and unfriendly. There weren’t enough cups. Not enough room for four chairs around the table. Suspicious splash marks on the wall in the bedroom.
