The key is in a lock box next to the room door. The night staff on the phone was very helpful. The indoor parking was very nice. Everything was clean and neat. The bed very comfortable but firm. The walk into town and the grocery store was short and pleasant. The walk to the nearest lift was about 10 minutes but since you could ski most of the way back, the walk from the piste to the apartment was just a couple minutes.

The parking was in a secure lot under the building, but it was the tightest parking space I have ever experienced. We had to help several other guests with parking their cars and one badly parked car made it impossible for some guests to get to their spot. There is no washing machine, but you can access the laundry (paid) in their sister hotel about 5 mins walk away.

The apartment was much bigger than we expected. Plenty of space for all of our gear. The kitchen and bathroom were fine. The boot room was typical and boot warmers/dryers provided. The staff were exceptionally responsive to all our requests and questions and came over promptly with more pillows, coat hangars and to fix a lightbulb.

Nothing really. It's not the most luxurious apartment I've stayed in but it doesn't claim to be. It was clean, had plenty space and was in a good location.

Easy to find, parking easy to access and simple process to get in via key box. The hosts were very friendly and communicative, always answered really quickly. Lots of storage space in the studio, beds were comfy and location is great both for lift access and shops/restaurants.

kitchens in each of 3 apartments were tiny, with limited worktops and limited kitchenware. One of the apartments had a blocked shower drain (picture attached)

one of our other apartments required us to visit agency to collect the keys...no foolishness like this here. Thumbs up for the code system. Rooms were spacious and the place was tidy. comments from my friends: "apartment was good but kitchen was just passable.." "I would say good. Kitchen was small, no oven. We had limited kitchenware, no pots etc. But it was nice. Key box worked well, and the apartments were quite big" "I'd say good also. No oven, lack of basic kitchen panty ingredients" "Good size rooms, kitchen tiny, no worktop surface but we managed with a large dinning table in the living area. Just that blocked shower drain from day 1....we had a shower and bath at once. Bathroom needs work, broken tiles, mould around the shower. Plug sockets not working...my rating would be fair/good"

We arrived to find the heat on full blast. The room remained extremely hot for our entire visit. We turned off the heat and had to open a window every night to sleep. Even with the heat entirely off, the apartment was very hot.

The curtains were see through, so I felt like I had no privacy for changing or sleeping. You could see the headlights of cars driving by at night. Also, you could hear everyone walking in the hallway. However, I put my earplugs in and I was fine.

A bit Spartan in terms of kitchen utensils given it was designed as an apartment. Some things were broken such as the clothes drying stand on the balcony. No toaster…and impossible to park in assigned car space tho I was offered option yo park in the other hotel which still a bit inconvenient.

We were asked to keep the trash separated like they usually do in Italy but there was only one trash can and no trash bags. No coffee or other little snacks were provided like you come to expect from an Airbnb or VRBO property.

One bedroom was very spacious with plenty of closets. Living area was also spacious though the two bathrooms, the other bedroom and kitchen were very small. The shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were a nice touch. There was also a hairdryer.

Good location, clean and comfortable. Second bedroom was a bit small - little room to open suit cases - but main bed was huge with ensuite. Small shower but ok. Small kitchen but functional with microwave and stove top. Good size lounge / dining room. Walking distance from supermarket.

The only thing that could be improved is the check-in process. The instructions were unclear and involved trying to figure things out over an intercom at the front door of the unit. They asked to use WhatsApp for communicating, but they couldn’t receive voice calls. In the end, all worked out and we got in the front door and found the key, but instructions and signage at the front of the building would help.

Apartment was clean and the location was good (5 to 10 minute walk to supermarket and bus stop in Selva).

The fan in the bathroom of our apartment wasn’t working. We also had pots that didn’t work on the induction elements in the kitchen and there was no toaster or fry pan provided. We would have also liked a coffee maker to use.

We liked the location and the views. the beds were comfortable and the sofa bed converted into two singles.

The kitchen was smallish, no oven, but otherwise it had needed amenities. It was nice to have a car garage but it's easier if your car isn't too big!

We had a spacious room (for 6) that worked well for a family of 4. The location was peaceful. The walk to the Ciampinoi gondola with boots and skis (~1km) was quite a hike, so we often used the overnight ski depot at Ciampinoi. You could also walk 400m and take the bus. Grocery store was about 250m away. Ski storage room was a bit dated but it did its job, you could also dry your boots. Bathrooms were really good.
