Nothing about the property itself. It was fantastic! Just a bit hard to get to by public transport but well worth the effort getting there.

Beautiful spot, spectacular view, a minute from the beach and coastal hikes, loads of services eg cafe and bar and free night bus to Porto Azzurro, lovely welcoming family atmosphere. Our hosts put on free drinks and nibbles for all guests for Ferragosto. We had a lot of help to book our return ferry and taxi which was much appreciated. A wonderful place. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed the stay and atmosphere in this hotel. Room was clean, spacious and what’s more was well equipped. Beautifully located swimming pool and parking are certainly advantages. Good location to explore the island

We had a bad experience as other guests were very unfair shouting in the pool for hours while we were trying to relax after checkout before leving.

The location of complex is not directly in town which brings some advantages - quiet nights, and disadvantages - very limited grocery store in camping, own transport to town. There is evening free minibus shuttle to/from town but the frequency and precision is rather "mañama". Swimming pool, table tenis, mini bar - we liked it, to the pebble beach is about 3 minutes walk. Room for 2 persons if enough but do not dream about be cheef there. We appriatiated cleaness of all complex. No problem with parking.

We had the attic room and while perfectly fine, it was quite warm if you didn't have the blinds down. A/C helped some, but we lived in the dark most of the time to keep the heat out. It also had some laughably low doors - especially for our family of 6' giants. This was not bad, just funny.

Great amenities - pool with a view, comfortable and ample loungers, quick beach access, table tennis, playground, fussball table, outdoor dining areas, beach bar. Proximity to the beautiful Porto Azzurro.

Very nice place to stay, we had a great view on the sea from the terrace, very big room, kitchen (although we haven't really cook anything). Very helpful and friendly personnel, we arrived very late and we had a video with the instructions on how to reach the property. There is a bar and a pool availble. 5 minutes to the nearest beach, with some cafe and bar as well. If you travel without a car, it is around 30 minutes to the nearest city (Porto Azzurro) where you can find stores, restaurants etc. There are few diving clubs nearby. One is 5 min from the residence, another one is at Barbarossa beach (15 minutes walking), and another one at Porto Azzurro. Just to note, room cleaning needs to be booked in advance. We didn't really need it, but just if you expect it to be like in hotels, keep in mind you have to ask for it.

Very nice residence, a very nice beach is only 5 minutes walking distance. The staff was very helpful and you see they have a good hygiene concept. The apartment area is super clean and they have lot good helpful details (there is a herb garden and a little bar for coffee, spritz, cocktails etc.). The rooms are nothing too special, but they have everything you need. All in all very nice stay, thank you!

It is an hour's walk into Porto Azzurro but this is offset by the views that you get from the property and it is less than 10 minutes by car and taxi.

The views, the pool, the cleanliness of the property and gardens and pool area. The morning coffee and croissants overlooking the sea and the friendliness and helpfulness of everyone there.

No daily cleaning (we were there for 5 days and in that time no cleaning was done. Had to ask for clean towels and buy our own toilet paper..), no privacy on the balcony with neighbors having a direct view of you
