The bathroom is very small. When you seat on the toilets ,you have the bidet in the legs. It was the only downside.

The swimming pool is very nice, with a view on the sea and on the old town. We had a little table outside, we enjoyed eating outside.

The kitchen is a bit tight and is not equipped with e.g. regular microwave oven only a kind of grilling or baking gadget is available. We found the opening hours of the pool two short, it could/should be open much longer than 6 p.m. In the morning the pool opens at 9 a.m. and check out is already at 10. The short opening times are especially uncomfortable for one night guests. Finding the property is a bit challenging but the instructions were good and useful, especially the photo of the last interception/gate.

A charming old villa with a nice pool area surrounded by palm trees and other exotic plants and trees. Flexibility of staff, we got some extra time for the pool, because we arrived a little late due to heavy traffic. One of our two apartments had view to the old town. Spacious air conditioned flats with comfortable beds. Good and safe parking space on the courtyard for a small extra fee. A short walking distance to the old town of Imperia.

I really liked it and I fully recommend it!!! And all the ‘minuses’ are really just small things to take into consideration while booking or for the owners to maybe work on: - there are some curtains in the windows but the sun is still strongly coming through in the morning so take those eye masks with you! - there are no basic spices in the kitchen (oil, salt, …) so bring them or buy before coming - the taxis are really hard to catch so don’t count on them!!! - the stairs in our room were black so it was slightly dangerous going down as you almost didn’t see the single steps

The pool is just amazing (and there are many sunbeds all with face shields which was just great because you could easily find a free one at all times)!!! The building is equally stunning The location is 23min by foot from train station, 10min by foot from a lovely city part with port and restaurants, and literally 1min from the local bus stops that will take you anywhere along the riviera, very convienient. The room was spacious, fully equipped with the kitchen and bathroom as well as fan and air conditioning. There was also a space outside to dry your towels and cloths. All was working great! Also we could leave our luggage after the checkout and enjoy the area for a few more hours which was great as our train was just around 17h Also! On the property there is a bar/restaurant with very reasonable prices, a plus!

Everything was OK except for the water in the bathroom. When you open it goes for 5 seconds then dissapears, then you have to close the faucet and wait. Then you open again and you have water for 5 seconds again and it dissapears. The same thing in the shower. It was nearly impossible to take the shower with water running 5 seconds. There are probably some problems with the pressure. We were super angry with this thing and it kinda ruined our stay and this is the reason why I won't go there again. Also lights didn't work in the kitchen.

We stayed for one night and we're satisfied. Beautiful villa with a wonderful garden and a view on the sea from the top. They have a parking space so no need to worry about where to park the car and even though it's on the properties territory they charge you for it anyway. Well, it's Liguria so no wonder. Anyway, the staff was welcoming and nice. There's a bar, a pool and a tennis court. Overall a nice place to stay.

*All below are shared with an intention to inform about some hotel restrictions. We had overall quite pleasant stay and we would consider returning.* 1.The check in is till 7pm. Be careful to be on time! If not you wont be let in without refund. This info is given after the reservation. 2. Very cold receptionist, robot like. 3. Very strange apartment layout, narrow staircase to upper level of apartment. Unsafe especially for kids and older/disabled people. 4. Neighbour sounds from close apartment were significant. Had to wait till they go to sleep to follow them there. It was quite lound. 5. It used to be a wonderful villa, its sad to see the reception and entrance area in such terrible state. Its a real shame.

Apart from all above, which, exept no soundproofing, did not affect our stay, we had very pleasant stay. We had 2 levels apartment which was very weirdly configured, however the balcony had harbour view. It was clean, towels were given, also some toilettries. Bed was big but with low ceiling on one side of the bed, i was short so no problem, for taller ppl it might couse few bumps on head. I cant tell about other rooms, but we had a feeling that our apartment was better from others found inside the hotel. By just passing by them we wouldnt consider staying in them. The villa with its garden and a pool with harbor view makes wonderful scenery to look at. Exterior of villa is in good condition and along with palm trees and garden and the pool takes you back to golden times of 30s. For us it was a stay back in time which we really enjoyed. The apartment was equipped with kichen with all needed things and we had a lovely dinner at the balcony overlooking the harbor. It was charming. We had very relaxing stay at the pool too. Overall experience was very pleasant. The villa needs renovating, but that did not affect our stay.

You can imagine you are living in another time, just by walking through the hallway. Very helpful staff and wonderful grounds and swimming pool. Perfectly situated between the two towns which make up Imperia. We walked, so can’t comment about driving. Would definitely book our sea-view apartment again.

Great, almost empty, swimming pool with a view on the sea and multiple deck chairs, friendly staff, delicious coffee and really comfortable rooms! Walk to the centre takes only about 20 minutes and the villa benefits from being extremely peaceful and quiet. Highly recommended!

The WiFi was not functioning in our room which was the furthest room on the second floor. To receive it, I had to go outside our room but there was no sitting arrangements in the lobby except outside in the cafe or on the stairwell Also, there was no room service to clean the room during our stay, so no new towels or cleaning the bathroom. We were not asked if we needed cleaning service either, so it felt like there was none until you left. The room bedding needs an update. The exterior was beautiful but the interior did not match the room. Change the bedding

The exterior of the building and lobby are gorgeous. The pool has nice lunging chairs to help from the scorching sun rays, the beach nearby did not have any umbrellas or items to rent. The AC in each room was a godsend however there was no remote to be found to control the temperature, ask for one or ask them how to increase and decrease the temperature on the panel.
