Beautiful hotel with spacious guest rooms. Our room had a large balcony overlooking the bay of Naples. The view was spectacular! Our bathroom was more spacious than many we’ve had at other places. Staff was very helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Would have liked to get a late checkout since our driver didn't pick us up till 4 pm to take us to the Rome airport. We understood they had no available rooms but it would have been nice to stay in the room a couple of extra hours.

Room was hot when we arrived. Even after putting card key in slot (which noone at front desk told us we had to do), room was never cooled down adequately.

Location was good… once there, we walked everywhere… Breakfast was bountiful and a lovely variety. Pool was adequate…

Parking cost a fee but where doesn’t it? Very difficult to get out onto the road the next morning. Stay safe out there!

The property was on a busy road but felt safe to cross to hotel recommended restaurant. It was truly a fantastic stay and I highly recommend to couples and families. Most delicious complimentary breakfast too

Crossing the road outside was a little challenging at times.

We loved everything about Miramare, the balcony was large, with a great view of the gulf and Vesuvius, the bathroom was clean and spacious and the room very comfortable with good air conditioning. The bar and outdoor area were nice and we really enjoyed spending a day by the pool. The breakfasts and snacks were lovely. Best thing about the experience though we’re the staff. They were amazing, so helpful and always friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made us feel at home.

Given the price and location, the hotel may want to consider providing a shuttle bus to the port. Taxis a very expensive and walking along the busy road with cases is an experience!

Excellent hotel with great amenities, food and service. The hotel is located up the hill passed the Marina Grande, so a 10 minute walk into town. However this gives you the benefit of being out of the main busy centre, which can be full with tourists. You also gain from the amazing views at the hotel!

This Hotel was very clean and beautiful! The view was just a described and better. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Their breakfast was probably the best I’ve had in most places. The selection was amazing and everything was delicious. Overall if you’re staying in Sorrento I highly recommend this place!

the plug in our bathroom drain did work properly

Room was a great size for 2 people and large suitcases, with a small out door space at the entrance of the room with a view looking onto Sorrento main town. Breakfast options were great and fresh. Staff were super helpful and lovely :)

Pool area a little cramped but the views make up for this. Pool closes at 7 a bit early for a European summer.

Views were amazing, property is fresh and clean. Nice walk down to the town of Sorrento(10 min). Room and bathroom beautiful.

I would suggest to provide a real espresso coffee machine

Really nice hotel with a wonderful view of Napolitan Gulf. Just 10minutes walk from the city center of Sorrento and from Marina Grande beach and resturants. Rooms are clean and quite big. Breakfast is well supplied with both sweet and salty choices but I would have expected a proper espresso coffe not made by the average coffee machine that you can find in many hotels. American coffee was excellent.

Just a minor thing that I wish there was a kettle for tea but it’s ok the stay was perfect

The property is clean and modern with beautiful view of Mount Vesuvius and the water. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, the balcony was spacious and beautiful and the pool was quiet and perfect for my teens to hangout during the day.Alessio made our stay perfect with how helpful and friendly he was. He was so busy but always willing to help and was always kind with a smile on his face!

Quite a bit of noise on our last night coming from above our room which kept us up. Breakfast was mediocre.

The pool was great and the view from our hotel room was divine. Location was okay, a 15 minute walk to the heart of Sorrento.
