No bedside table on the left side of the bed, few power sockets, to charge more than 1 device at the time is uncomfortable. I slept well, but I must admit that the noise from the street was very loud (cars, hooting, motorbikes…), especially morning rush hours.

Very good location, we liked the neighbourhood and it was possible to walk to the centre. Only 20 minute walk to the Vatican. Very nice and kind lady receptionist. No problem with late check-in or leaving the luggage at the guesthouse. Very comfortable bed, air conditioning. Good value for money.

The room is not super new. Maybe just paint the walls to give a fresher look. When we shower the water wets the floor a little bit.

If you are carrying large luggage, that small single room will be a bit cosy.

Loved the convenient location right next to Lepanto metro station and close to several key bus routes. Also within walking distance of the Vatican and Castel Sant'angelo. I booked the small single room which definitely lives up to its name, but was comfortable and very clean. Staff were also very responsive and gave great instructions for the self-check in process.

located inside a commercial building on 2nd Floor, and at first was hard to locate, requiring a little exploring.

everything was clean, bedding was comfortable, and staff was very accommodating. Property was centrally located, neighborhood felt safe, and walking distance to public transportation, and Restaurants.

A comfortable guesthouse on the second floor of a lovely old building. Access was easily organised and we were very happy with our room with its 2 double-glazed windows. It was within easy walking distance of most of the areas we wanted to revisit. Geraldine was very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

We preferred it when breakfast was provided - it added a real charm to the guesthouse.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, catering to our specific requests. We have visited before and had to return. It's in a good location for accessing the main sights on foot (if you don't mind a 30 min walk). Very comfortable bed and very clean.

very noisy road, especially in the morning when everyone starts honking their horns - not so bad if you remember to bring ear plugs! also the hot water in the shower takes a little while to heat up and is a little inconsistent. everything else was lovely!

Place is in an excellent location, very near Vatican. There are a lot of bars, restaurants and cafés in the neighbourhood. Staff was super pleasant and helpful. Since we had late/early flights we were able to easily self check in and check out.

Really really loud air conditioning. It was so loud you could not sleep at night.

the building is quite old, the room was small and the AC was notthat much
