Bathroom was ok but the shower a little bit tight. That was the only think, I will stay again regardless.

Location was incredible, walkable to everything. Apartment was charming and cozy. Bedrooms were big even with seating area. Kitchen has everything that we need and even more.

You have to schedule a time to bring your car to the hotel to unload because it is in a historic area that limits the number of cars going through. It really is not a big deal. They handle everything for you. It's like making a reservation for your car. You just need to give them the plate number.

Wonderful location. Everything is within walking distance. We just parked the car in the free lot and left it there unless we were driving out of the area. Book a wine tour while you are there. Brunello di Montalcino is the most famous wine from the region and it was a great day out.

I loved everything!

This property was beautiful, oozing character and perfectly located near the bus station in the old part of town. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I couldn’t be happier!!

Everything!!! Perfect location, always clean, amazing palace. Michelle took care of us like family!!! I didn’t get to meet the owner, but she was always there when we needed something and her manager Michelle is incredible! Go to Siena if you have a chance and stay here, you will never regret it!

Everything. Especially the staff, the kind and helpful Daniela and Daphne whom were there to assist us on the morning of our failed trip to Etna and throughout our trip. I saw some reviews that complained about the breakfast. I certainly don’t understand what those people are thinking. It’s a very ample and overlooks a beautiful square on a gorgeous terrace. our room, a junior suite, was simply one of the nicest I’ve ever stayed with a combination of modern Art and antiques that really excited us. Really five stars.

It's a historic building, so the shower was built into a closet. It's very tight. The location is great but also busy, so it can be loud in the morning. These are easy tradeoffs for the experience.

Beautiful historic building with many original details. We stayed in The Grotesque apartment. The owner and staff were very accommodating and helped with local reservations.

This is an old building in an old, active city so expect to hear some city noise and wake up to the sounds of the rising action outside. ..But then again, wake up and get outside, you're in Tuscany!

A very unique and charming property from another era where one feels at home, not in a hotel. This place will put a smile on your face every time you pass the front door (once you find it). Very kind, helpful and proactive staff, good location just a little off the most touristic area (Siena is compact, this property is short walking distance to anywhere in town).

A stunning, historic place...like living in a museum! Perfect location for all of the sights of Siena and easy walk to Train Station too! Michelle was very friendly and helpful.

The apartment was better than we could have imagined. It was wonderful to be able to spread out after being in several hotel rooms. They created us with a bottle of wine and we were able to wash our clothes! Michele, the manager was very helpful with train tickets, taxis and other questions. It was a grand apartment!

Not all the (old style) electrical outlets had the required adapters. The sofa was not very comfortable.

Great staff and service. Michelle was exceptionally helpful and attentive! The apartment is very spacious. Washer was great to have. Air conditioning was nice and easy to use. Location was literally next to the bus station and great for exploring Siena on foot.

Perfectly situated to visit Siena. Everything (Campo, Duomo etc.) is in walking distance. The appartment was absolutely awesome, even more impressing than on the pictures. Well furnished and there was a welcome bottle and sweets. Very good information before arrival. Organisation of permit for ZTL with the car and valet service. Van in bedroom and salon was perfect for the hot days and nights, because sleeping with open window could be a little loud. Michelle was very helpful, gave us a lot of useful information and the communication was very easy (whatsapp) during our 4 nights stay. We felt fine and it's a good place to stay in Siena!
