The hotel and the rooms are very dated. The carpet is so old its loosing its colour and can smell off. The lighting in the room was too dull. Unbelievable amount of mosquitos and other insects even though the windows were shut throughout our stay. The breakfast was limited to choice.

Good welcoming from the staff on arrival. provided all the required information. Required an iron the next day and staff accommodated me immediately. The lady serving breakfast was very kind and helpful.

Modern, clean, comfortable, well-located for Pavia - easy to go out and eat there a few km down a straight road. Good breakfast and excellent parking space. Feels more like a business hotel but I was perfectly happy there for a single night.

Sofa bed is terrible.

Hotel is okay. Breakfast was pretty good with fruits, yogurts, sweets, two cold cuts and cheese and a selection of breads. There is no lack of parking and it's possible to drive right to the door to unload everything before you park. As for the rooms themselves: Our room had two single beds and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. The normal beds were good. The aircon seems to have worked well (it was not much needed). The bathroom was comfortable with a big bath (a bit high to climb out of however). Everything was clean. All in all a decent value if you don't have kids and only book the two main beds (and you better not expect a double bed as ours was two joined singles).

The bed did a lot of damage to my back, it was super uncomfortable. Not having a kettle in the room is also not ideal. We felt super uncomfortable at breakfast especially with the language barrier.(old lady service) Wish there was some eggs and bacon too. The rooms needs a major upgrade even keeping the era correct the creepy paintings can be removed too.. There was no laundry service as the machine was broken.

Valentina was the best part of our stay.she was super helpful in everything. Her customer service ranked top. She went the extra mile for us and we are greatfull Our room was also kept neat and tidy.

The place in the middle of nowhere with intensiv agriculture smelling bad and a lot of mosquitos outside. (It was ok inside)

The cleanliness and facilities, the staff. Breakfast was good. Very quiet place for a foie rest on the road. The restaurant close to the hotel is good with correct prices I don’t know if i liked it or not: the hotel is very big, old school style and was quite empty, remembering shinning 😂.

Nothing related with hotel, but if you push yourself to find something may be the location of hotel may evaluate as negative.

The hotel is very clean, personnel are very kind and helpfull, especially lady who stationed at the breakfast time.
