Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

Had several mini ants frequenting the window sil unfortunately but not a huge deal. Unfortunately we were woken up by other guests coming back to the B&B at 12:30am
Great little cozy place close to the beach and the airport. Snacks were left for us in the room and we received coupons for a local breakfast place. Lovely common seating area in the backyard. Had everything we needed for a great stay.

The location was great for us as we had a short 2night one day stop over, the staff were lovely, Francesco picked us up and dropped us back to the airport for a reasonable price.

Nothing. It served the purpose of a short overnight stopover in Rome on way back home perfectly.
The room was very clean and there was plenty of space. It is close to the airport and there are some restaurants nearby. We turned up to one of these at 10:35 pm (we were not expecting to stay in Rome but had to on our way back to UK from Dubai after the storms) and they still served us. The host was excellent and picked us up from the airport even though we booked last minute. He picked us up late on Sat evening and dropped us back very early Sunday morning.

Paper thin walls in the room which was located next to the office. People were making coffee at 3:00am. Room is in need of painting and mold scraping (typical for Italy).
Location to the beach and airport was great. Room was clean and basic- everything you needed. Staff was friendly. Great idea to provide coffee and dolce in the rooms along with a coffee and a dolce at the neighborhood bar.

Just location due to extremely limited places to get something to eat Thought $25 price for shuttle from airport was high, but he was fantastic.
Great to meet Sabrina. Outside patio was nice. Francisco was great and very responsive.

Depending on where the room is located, we could hear noises from the reception in the morning, but it is normal.
Francesco was very kind, he offered us a lift from the airport and hotel. He made sure we felt comfortable during our stay. We liked the small gifts left for us in the room as well as coffee. Water in the shower was warm, and the bathroom was clean. The property provides soap and shower gel. The room has heating too. Very good experience

Good alterative stay to airport hotels for a family trip, spaceous, clean, good value for your money. Didn't have the time or the weather to check out the local beach.

Not many places to eat in the area due to off season. We did find a very nice pizzeria close by for dinner.
Very pleased with the property. Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. We were treated very well.

Just keep in mind cost to get there from the airport is around €25.
Room with private bathroom right next the airport. Big comfy bathroom. The owners are very good people!

Honestly the only issue was the location. Close to the airport, yes. But as far as the surrounding area, it was not somewhere we felt comfortable and many places looked abandoned. Not Sabrina airports fault. If they were in a different location, I would give them a fantastic rating
The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Their communication was also excellent. The place was very nice, clean, and had snacks for our kids..

Let me preface my comments about the bed by saying that my bed at home is like falling into a cloud. This is not the typical type of bed found in Italy, at least in my recent experience. The bed was a bit softer than others we slept in during this trip, and the bedding was clean and soft. It was plenty supportive. The person who welcomed us and checked us in, Claudia, was absolutely delightful in every way. She couldn't have been more helpful. From suggesting restaurants for dinner to booking our airport shuttle, she never missed a beat. She even provided umbrellas to us in case of rain since we opted to walk to dinner. Great location for Fiumcino Airport - about a 15-minute drive.

It was a very quiet place away from the hustle of downtown Rome. We were looking for a spot where we could wind down from our hectic holiday schedule. They have a great taxi service, Francesco. We needed a new luggage and he picked us up at the B&B and dropped us off at the mall and came back to pick us up as well as dropping us off at the Rome airport at 5:30 am there were some restaurants near by which were good .

Located just 15 minutes from the airport, it made the day so much easier. The room was very clean and had extra snacks and coffee at no charge. It was located near the beach where we watched the sunset before going to bed.

The staff was polite and ensured every need was met. Facility a little dated, but exceptionally clean and cared for. They even ensured we were picked up by 0415 for a flight the next morning. Continental breakfast, nice towels, comfortable bed. Great stay if you are flying out of FCO.
