The facilities are pretty dated, though still well maintained and comfortable.

The noise of the traffic from the main road just underneath our window was not ending during the night.

This may have been because I don’t speak Italian, but I did not feel confident engaging with some of the “front” desk staff to get help with the taxi service.

Liked that there was breakfast but felt there was a limited selection because of the lack of fresh produce. Enjoyed the use of the coffee machine because I like drinking cappuccino in the morning. Also liked that there was a pool to exercise however it was a cooler temperature than I am used to. The housekeeping person was friendly, happy and made sure to give me the electric converters I forgot after I checked out. I felt she was the only one who cared about the impression I would have about my stay.

the shower was not so good. It was in the bathtub and to low for us, we had to bend down and it had a week stream. Further was the breakfast not very tastfull and not fresh. The bacon was not crisp, the food seemed mostly to come from the supermarket. Old bread instead bread of a bakery. No fresh Juice etc.

Location is perfect at the lake, walking distance to restaurants, clean rooms, friendly staff.. good beds. Nice ro take a dip in the Pool. Price value is ok. It is a good hotel for a stay over to travel further

There is a certain amount of noise from the road immediately outside. It didn't bother us much as there is good double-glazing but one of our party found it difficult to sleep. I guess it's the price (worth paying) you choose for having the lake view. One small thing - we had wedding clothes and paraphernalia and the storage/ hanging space in the room for them was a bit limited.

It's a family run hotel and we liked the calm, practised efficiency of the staff. Some people would say it's a bit dated but it has a certain charm. The dining facilities make the most of the view with a choice of inside or outside depending on the weather. We ate there each night. A pleasant swimming pool. They don't serve lunches but there is a useful eatery next door.

Everything was due to a big Renovation. The shouwer was poor, the wall outlet near the bed was broken, the room was small.

The view was fantastic from the balcony, the Garden and the restaurant, the pool was very nice, the waiter in the restaurant was very friendly.

Room had double glazing but some noisy motorbikes could be heard. Although it wasn't too bad and didn't really cause us any problems. Car parking was good , just enough spaces although the Hotel was full.

Good view over the lake, however due to some building work at and neighbouring property large crane is present. Room was good on 3rd floor, working lift. Pool was good, breakfast was good.

There is nothing around the hotel.No Restaurants for at least 10 Miles. The Hotel charged a cover charge of $4 for each guest in the Restaurant.

Overall good. Convenient location with bus stop right infront. Best part is that garden had a slide and a swing so we could eat while watching our toddler play. Property is very neat.

Since the hotel was very close to the main road it was quite noisy. The location is difficult to reach by public transport so it's best to get to by car.

Lovley hotel with a great pool which was quite quiet, the hotel was very clean, the restaurante had a decent selection of mainly Italian dishes and the staff were very helpful.
