By far our favorite hotel in the Amalfi coast. Besides the exceptional views and how beautiful the property is, what make this hotel truly exceptional is the staff and the atmosphere there. From the personnel at the pool, the restaurant staff, the lovely ladies that make up your room and the reception, everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. Some rooms feel a little dated, but overall it’s a wonderful property.

Stunning location on the waters edge of the Amalfi coast….you can’t get any closer to the water. Beautiful property and faculties. Live music each night in the restaurant accompanied by devine food. Staff very welcoming but not over the top in your face. Enjoy a bit more peace here than being in the tourist chaos of Positano.

Everything was perfect !

Location by the Sea shore with a heated sea water pool area all within a 10 min walk is Amalfi town with beautiful views of the bay and the most friendly staff ever who were attentive to our every need.

Shuttle service to the city center - we were told the shuttle service ran every 15 mnts or so but we had to walk back every time we went down to the city center which is an uphill 15 mnt walk . Not a problem for us but might be for those who can’t make the uphill walk . everytime we called and requested for the shuttle to pick us up , we were told to wait at a certain point and nobody picked us even after 45 mnts . when called the hotel about it , their excuse was that there was a lot of traffic that the shuttle was stuck in , we walked back the exact same route the shuttle takes and it was obvious there was no traffic and the shuttle and driver would be at the front of the hotel .

Stunning view , pictures on their website does not do justice to how beautiful the hotel is and how perfect the view from the rooms are . The restaurants were excellent and food was simply delicious . Breakfast was incredible and I am vegetarian and gluten intolerant and they had tons of options for me and my husband who has no food restrictions. We dined at both their restaurants and they were both incredible but of course our 8 course dinner at Glycine their Michelin star restaurant was my fav. The staff were incredibly helpful and just so nice and went out of their way to accommodate our every need and requests. they arranged for our trip to Capri - ferry , cab to Napoli and Mt Vesuvius . The wait staff at the restaurant have to be mentioned for their extremely diligent service and customer care.

Tv wasn’t working well even they try to fixed and came twice but still. They also after ask if we want to go see the soccer game in the other room. Very weird also my friends sent us a champagne bottle to the room and when they came with it they didmt mention it, so i thought it was fron this hotel only after my friend asked me if we got it

The room was amazing Breakfast was very good and diverse also the staff was exceptional. The gym was one of the best i found in hotels. The pool looked amazing but sadly it was rainy during our stay

I reserved an Executive Double Room with partial sea view and was upgraded to a Deluxe Room with full sea view. Everything was beautiful inside the room and outside; the path to the room was lined with fragrant flowers, lots of grass, and well-trimmed plants; it looked like a paradise. The staff was kind and accommodating. The breakfasts were speechless...those quiche bites were so good that I am going to try to duplicate the recipe at home; eggs, hot and cold meats, cheeses, pastries, desserts, all types of beverages, cereals, the fruit - oh, the fruit! The reception area has tiled flower pictures!

Everything was perfect, from the beautiful room, the terraces, bars, restaurants, to the pool and other facilities. The staff were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, everything you could need had been thought of in advance. I loved all the hidden away spots where one could sit and admire the view. I had a particularly good dinner at Glicince; as a solo traveller sometimes servers don’t know what to do with you - whether to talk to you, or put you in a corner and leave you alone. Here, the service was pitched perfectly; they judged very quickly what level of engagement might be welcome and got it exactly right. Needless to say the food was excellent.
