The ease of check in. So clear and easy to do. The location was perfect (a quieter part of Venice off the beaten track, but still with plenty of life). Loved the treats in the room and in the kitchen. Absolutely wonderful set up! We will be back!

I would have liked to meet Maria earlier during my visit, but conference activities began and ended before/after Venetian work days. Because I was not able to get information about accessing the apartment before I left another country (where I had Internet access) and had challenges getting a functioning mobile phone, I was initially concerned about being able to find and access the apartment.

I really appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of Maria, the owner/manager, and really appreciated being able to meet with her (even though it wasn't until my last day). The room was sufficient and efficient, and completed with nice extra touches -- small snacks and cool drinks, and other small amenities. I appreciated having the kitchen downstairs, accessible to all. The outdoor courtyard was lovely. The location was in Dolsoduro, away from the crowds along the main canal. The location was also easily walkable from the apartment to the bus and train stations. I would definitely stay at this apartment again in the future. I felt truly welcomed and supported, especially as a first-time visitor to Venice. Clean, comfortable, well located.

It was in a great location- not far from centre but in a more quiet and pleasant part of the city, the room was perfect, loved the little garden. Really appreciated the lovely additional touches like the coffee machine and drinks in the fridge. Thank you to the hosts for everything!

The guestroom is 10-12 min away from Piazzale Roma and 15-20 min away from Piazza San Marco, so it is in a very convenient spot. There are a lot of restaurants and bars nearby as well. When I asked for an extra mosquito repellent, they brought it to the room the same day. Self check-in was quick and instructions to enter the building were very clear.

The location was great, close to a vibrant square with lovely restaurants but tucked down a side street so quiet. The room and en-suite were a good size, clean and contained everything needed. The host Maria was lovely, prompt with her responses and very accommodating with our requests. We couldn’t have asked for better and will definitely stay when we return to Venice

Lovely guesthouse in the heart of Venice. Great location with easy boat links to the airport. Able to leave luggage on final day. Host was happy to help with any queries. Would recommend.

The room is spacious, clean and very well located. It was so comfortable and absolutely not noisy which is quite hard to find in Venice. Moreover to it, i would like thank to Maria again for being an amazing person and a great host. Her efforts on making us feel like home, her tips on the city and her lovely gift made our holiday. We are definitely coming back for more.

My only complaint was the single bed was v small

Maria was fabulous, gave full instructions on how to find the guest house and how to get in. The guest house is lovely and quiet yet only a few steps from Campo Santa Margherita which was quite buzzy with plenty of cafes, restaurants and there is also a small Conrad supermarket. The kitchen area was spotless and well stocked with fruit/croissants etc. The coffee machine was fab. I recommend the hot chocolate!

since I’m from the USA, I’m used to using washcloths and totally forgot many places don’t supply them in Italy.

The property was clean and reasonably priced. It would be especially perfect for traveling on a budget because there’s a kitchen to cook food, free coffee, tea, etc. Each morning there were croissants and other rolls available as well as fruit.

The sink in the bathroom was a bit blocked, and the water was draining slowly. But it was the only thing that I noticed, and it didn't bother me at all.

I liked everything. The room was very cosy and comfortable. Clean and simple design. I had everything I needed for remote work online because, during the travel, I had a few calls. The location is in a very nice area, and not too crowded. 15-minute walk to the train station and to stop Accademia. 25 minutes walk to San Marco. A good coffee machine with Italian cappuccino saved my budget! In many places in the city, coffee is ridiculously expensive. The manager was super sweet and called me after I was not able to get it and leave my bag before the time of check-in. Service was excellent! She gave me all the details about check-in and was helping me when I called for the second time to make sure I got in the room and have no other questions.

Hair dryer was quite poor for longer hair, but it's a small detail.
