Montecatini & Montecatini alto are lovely places The hotel is basic but clean & good value for money also it is five minutes from the railway station for easy access to & from Florence. Pisa, Lucca & further afield Also Hotel is very near numerous cafés & restaurants trains are more or less on time and very cheap compared to the U.K

pillows were clean but bedsheets had some stains on it… some stains can’t be removed i guess… wish they could just get rid of it.. they told they don’t serve breakfast anymore, i wish they could serve breakfast…

Location is right in the town! TV was brand new, bathroom was clean and got hot water in the shower! Clean towels!

It was a basic but comfortable hotel as we anticipated, but perhaps some tea or coffee making facilities in the room would have made a siesta more enjoyable!

The hotel is well located in a quiet street just a few metres from the city centre. It is a basic hotel which was the type that we were looking for. The staff were always very friendly greeting you as you arrived and left the hotel. The room was a good size with enough storage for a weeks stay. There were no problems with any of the facilities on offer.

The hotel is located both close to the center of town and the train station. During my stay the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had nice facilities.

The bed was uncomfortable and felt like a cheap mattress. This was unfortunately also the case for the pillows. The decor felt outdated and the fittings in the bathroom were worn and only just functional. Overall it's a pleasant hotel but not memorable.

There is only one thing to dislike and that is that the room was looking to the street which is noise from time to time but it was really not an issue for us.

Hosts are the ones to be desired, really great people. Location good, room comfy, I really like the old school look of the building both outside and inside.

Our room was quite noisy. We heard all sounds from the kitchen and washing dishes from other hotel located in the neighbourhood.

Hotel located in central area of Montecatini Terme in beautiful building and very pleasant and helpful and friendly staf. Comfortable big rooms with perfect cleaning. Refrigerator in rooms. Nice terrace with plants in pots - good place to have breakfast.

Although not a problem, it would have been better if breakfast was available but as I said it is not problem because you are in the centre of town with lots of cafés close by.

Very good hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and always polite. They would go out of there way to help in anyway they could.

The hotel is noisy. You could hear the other guests snoring at night. There was a lot of noise from the street where our room was located until 4 o'clock in the morning, and then more noise from other guests from 6 o'clock on on the corridor, plus even more noise from construction work from 8 o'clock on. You need earplugs at this place if you are a light sleeper.

The staff was super friendly and we were feeling very welcome at the hotel. Check in, additional requests and the check out were handled very professionally and with hospitality and kindness. The hotel itself is very pretty both from the outside and inside and the bathroom of our room was very spacious. The location is perfect to discover the city. A bicycle parking area exists.

The staff was LOVELY!!! With big smiles and warm in their hearts. The room was perfect. The bed was comfy and had a big bathroom for my self. The hotels decoration was super nice, vintage and very italian. Was beautiful.

Very good central location just off one of the main streets in Montecatini. The hotel doesn't have it's own car park but the reception desk staff member was so helpful in telling us about a free one just 500m away. We chose to pay to park on the main street which cost just over 3 Euro per day if bought at the hotel and then displayed in car window. The room was simple but clean, all you need for a nights stay. The hotel has a taste of "old Italy" which is rather charming. Excellent value for money. Close to the train station for trips to Florence, Pisa, Lucca etc.
