Sometimes the WiFi would stop working, but then it would work again really fast. So not a big problem.

The staff was so incredibly kind. I like how persistent the hotel feels very homey and cosy.

The location is amazing and accessible to the main piazza’s in Perugia. The staff are very friendly and helpful in recommending places to eat, shops etc. we even got given a little Perugia souvenir from the staff. The beds are really spacious and comfortable and extra pillows are provided if you need. I am really fussy when it comes to comfortable beds and I had the best nights sleep. The rooms are dated however they are very clean. I think value for money and what you get is incredible.

The walls are very thin and the door probably has a gap underneath, so the noise from the other rooms can be heard very well.

Just an advice - staff should be informed about bus schedules from/to airport. At least. :)

Absolutely great location, in the middle of old center, but also far from the nonstop noise of the people. Quiet, clean, nice ... very happy with my choice.

very cold, the cold air came from the wooden windows. And the radiator didn’t work at all. Be sure to bring thick clothes. brrr Also a nasty old smell

The bathroom smelled bad, so I guess they didn't clean it. And there was a woman screaming every night like a maniac.

Paper thin walls, you could hear people walking on your head like they are walking right on your head - no soap in the bathroom, insanely small rooms - not worth it for the price.

Everything that we asked for was quickly answered and we were most grateful especially for the fact that we were provided exactly with the room we desired (the room WITH THE VIEW. Romantic increase rate: 100%). For budget travellers like us, the hotel was absolutely amazing and so, so, so close to the city centre. The room was very clean too.
