Very close to beach and also bus stop for Amalfi. We were stuck at Vietri Sul mare and hotel staff sent a taxi to pick us up, and we are forever grateful to them. There was a road block so bus routes were diverted and the bus never came at the bus stop, we waited for 3 hours and called the hotel staff and got help.

Not all rooms have a view or balcony, the windows/glass doors open out to a wall so tends to feel a little cramped but didn't pose a big issue.

The breakfast, location, staff, accessibility and cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional and we would definitely visit again. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and made our stay one to remember.

There was occasional noise from the street through the night

The staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful. They served us drinks wag past closing time and the espresso was the best we had the whole trip.

Pillows were pretty hard for our soft American ears. 😁

The property was great! The only minor complaint is that the pillows were very hard. The beds were quite firm, typical European beds. The rooms were clean, Location great, BUT BY FAR the very best thing about this property is the Staff! The very best service I’ve ever had at any hotel at any price point. From checking us in early, arranging transportation, holding bags, dining recommendations, every request we had the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Truly, one of the highlights of the trip. They were so good I had to get a picture with the manager to remember our wonderful stay!

Not much variety in continental breakfast. Requested a room with a balcony facing the road. They couldn't provide.

Friendly staff and good service. The location is perfect in Minori. A minute stroll to the beach, bus stop and ferry. Clean room.

The staff was very friendly, one member of the staff was really helpful and nice giving us some advice on where to go and where to eat, in the morning he also gave us a really good breakfast even though it was already closed.

I liked the intimacy of the hotel being that it was family run rather than it being commercial or industrial. Beautiful and clean hotel and rooms. Friendly and informative staff. Near the bus stop (15-20 min max to Amalfi by bus). Surrounded by nice restaurants. Garage parking service is offered to save money from the city’s hourly parking rate. 5 minute walk to the beach. I also loved that it was much more quiet and less touristy than hot spots like Amalfi. Would definitely stay here again!

The Staff were fantastic, they communicated with us offering advice on train and ferry services. The staff greeted us daily and made us feel very welcome. It is obvious to see that this place is family owned and operated. The breakfast each morning was beautiful and fresh. The rooms were very clean and were serviced daily. Location was great, 5 minute walk from the ferry and surrounded by an array of fabulous restaurants and bars .

Absolutely nothing - everything was very good.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, the breakfast was superb and the location was great. It was very central and just a short walk to the waterfront. Definitely recommend this hotel.
