Sea view , friendly. Staff, exellent breakfast

It was a bit of a walk to restaurants and I was unsure of their quality or how safe the area was. In daylight it looked fine.

I had a nice room that looked onto the beach. The reception area was lovely, quite quirky, and I had a nice drink there from the adjacent bar. The breakfast was pretty standard for an Italian breakfast. I was able to park my car inside the premises.

My bed was uncomfortable in room 118. My friend's bed in room 120, however, was very comfortable.

The location was fantastic. The hotel and its courtyard were super cute. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here one night before heading to the rome airport. Close to the beach. The outdoor patio area was nice. We really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning as well.

Actually I gave nothing to say bad about the place.

Location. The building was a bit dated in the swnse of architectural style, but that is what made it unique, the vibe was comfortable. The front court yard and back court yard were great gathering places. The staff were very helpful. The view we had was great over looking the ocean.

The only thing to maybe criticise is that the walls are a bit thin and I could hear my room’s neighbours a bit.

The staff was super nice and accommodating. The breakfast was abundant and the sea is right across the road. The rooms are a bit oldschool but very nicely laid out.

Rooms have rather poor sound insulation. Very easy to hear through doors. Breakfast was a bit too dull, just some bread, yogurt and a few slices of cheese & meat to put on the bread. Not sure if this is the Italian way to have breakfast as there were a lot of pastries as well. I would like more of a complete breakfast with bacon, sausages, porridge etc. But this may not be a thing in Italy.

Room was OK and well maintained every day. Location was great right next to the sea, and a short walk (10min) away from the public train station. Place was cozy and felt like a calm hotel. Excellent cappuchino and friendly staff!

Like everything in Ostia it has its best years behind it. There are quite some corners that could use some renovations especially in the bathroom. But I still was very comfortable.

The atmosphere this older hotel provides is absolutely charming. The staff was also exceptionally friendly.

Just my tip: Small sofa or couch instead of table and chairs in small single room.

The location of hotel on the coastal promenade (Lungomare), so close to the sea and the beach, large balcony overlooking the sea, friendly staff, tasty and rich breakfast and welcome drink. I visited the hotel during the winter but I can imagine spending a summer stay there. The hotel has interesting retro furnishings and decorations with the theme of several cities and resorts throughout Italy. Good price for the accommodation.

The only problem was the shower which had a tray with a curtain, impossible to not flood the bathroom each time, especially as the shower head sprayed in every direction!

Great location, sea view, short walk to the station. Lovely quirky hotel and very friendly and helpful staff.

The staff members were very professional and friendly. They even helped me give a surprise to my partner.

Everything was great. The breakfast was great. The staff is very friendly. The girl working at the reception helped us to manage the metro transportation. The lady who serves breakfast immediately remembered which coffee we drink and every morning she welcomed us at the table with breakfast. All praise indeed.
