Everything was perfect! Three separate bedrooms, four(!) bathrooms and kitchen! And very hospitable and friendly owner Danilo! During the checkin shows on a map a lot of interesting places in Rome.

The room and bathroom were huge. Well equipped. The shared kitchen was really convenient as well. Everything was pristine. The host was lovely and really helpful. We also loved the location. Really convenient.

Everything was excellent

The owner of the apartment Danilo turned out to be a very hospitable and good person. He met us and allowed us to check in before the set time, explained and told us where we can walk, eat and what interesting things there are in the area. The apartment is large with three bathrooms The nearest attraction is the Spanish Steps, about a 10-minute walk away.

Three ensuite bedrooms with A/C and a communal seating area/kitchen was perfect for our needs. Very convenient for visiting all the sites in Rome. Lots of restaurants nearby. Helpful owner who organised a taxi to the airport for us and very good communication.

Danilo the owner of this property was the reason why i have picked it, so friendly and honest and very helpful, he arranged all the transportation for me and my family and he spent 20 mins once we arrived to explain the map of rome with all the landmarks and activities. I really enjoyed my stay. the Appartment is in the heart of rome, close to everything, super clean, nice neighborhood, spacious, smells nice, so authentic italian style.

I cannot really say, we really had fun and it exceeded our expectations. I don't know, maybe in the future consider adding a washing machine - it'll be awesome for families. But not a must.

This apartment in Ludovisi was a real gem for us. We were 5 travelers, our family (2+2kids) and my mother. Each of us enjoying a huge and specious room+ private bathroom to a full private experience. The person who owns the place Danillo and Fulvio who help him maintain it did a really great job in making us feel right at home. The location of this apt are spot on, you can get by foot to anywhere you wish for. The neighborhood is quiet and clean with many many restaurants and places to enjoy. The tips by the owner (where to go, what's recommended and where to eat) proved themselves to be priceless. Thanks guys for making it such a lovely vacation for us. keep it up.

Great and helpful host. The room was comfortable, simple and big. The location was excellent, although a bit uphill for those who might have some difficulty walking. We went to all attractions on foot and enjoyed it very much.

The room is a little old but nothing to bad. Air con is a small unit which can be quite noisy in the night.

Very central location in Rome, 10 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. Host was very accommodating and a highlight of our stay! Room is very large and spacious, along with a large ensuite.

Huge room. Big bathroom. Comfy beds and sufficient storage space. Towels and toiletries provided. Got all the basics right for a one-night stay. Less than 10min walk to the Metro.
