Though we didn’t mind the walk so much, the location is a bit of a walk from central Florence.

Though no breakfast was included, there were many good bar/cafes in the neighborhood. Easy to get breakfast and other meals there.

Soggiorno Sogna Firenze is a well-run, small hotel in a good location. It is a 15-minute northeast walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station. The staff is friendly, accommodating and helpful. They make themselves available for questions and have good knowledge of the surrounding neighborhood, which is close to multiple dining options. The locale is clean. The in-room bathroom is modern and comfortable. Check in and check-out are easy, and there is a tram to and from Santa Maria Novella (Line 2) that drops you off at the Porta del Prato. Though the hotel is not in central, old-town Florence, it is an easy walk to the river Arno and to the main attractions.

There isn't anything about the hotel that I disliked. When booking, I wasn't sure of the location of things in Florence. So booked close to the train station and the tramway from the airport is near the hotel 5 min walk! 👍 However, central Florence [where the attraction are] 15 min walk [but in a straight line] 😊 So, if being close to the attraction isn't a requirement, then this hotel is perfect 👌

The room was spacious, clean, and decorated in clean, cold colours. The staff were lovely and helpful. Loved the bath towels, especially the sheet. It nearly came home with me 😍 There was a balcony space, and of course, it was important to me to have my own bathroom. In room : coffee facilities, water, aircon, TV and mosquito plug.

1. Although it says breakfast, unfortunately you have to go to another place for it and its only one pastry n coffee. Not worth taking all that time out from your day. The hotel could provide this or say they can't offer breakfast. 2. There is no elevator.

The storage space in the room was a little tight, so was the shower. Did not like the pillows, but that’s a personal preference

The themes in each room is nice touch. Plenty of space and the bed was confortable. Location was nice, 15-20 to the center on foot. The AC worked nicely. The staff was really nice, and they kept our bags during the day after checkout ! They cleaned everyday and left good shampoo and body wash ! Overall good stay

Location was good, you need to walk for few meters and tram and bus station are there. You can walk to SMN railway station, Duomo and all other places. Mariana is very supportive and provided all the information needed, she suggested good veg food options and was very good.

the staff was courteous and spoke excellent English. They were able to advise local attractions and dining options in the area. we were easily able to get there via long distance trains. rooms were spacious and very clean. I would recommend the hotel and stay there again!
