No 2 room. The bathroom . the toilet was very high and it had a second door going out to the main corridor with no sound proofing so it was a bit uncomfortable to feel that everybody could hear you especially in the morning due to the fact coffee and tee table was just out side off this door.

In Comparison wiht other establishments this is a very decent room. Clean, in a very good location.

Parking quite expensive in Florenzia. Not caused by hotel itself. They helped to organize the pickup up of the car by garage.

While I loved how clean the tile was, it definitely carried a lot of sound, so definitely bring earplugs.

Great location, close by to train station, but also walkable to main attractions. Had an elevator which was much appreciated. Room was clean (cleaners went above and beyond with keeping our room clean). Also close to some great restaurants and cafes.

The rooms were extremely small and not how they show it in the pictures while booking it online so we recommend it for backpackers and couples traveling with one bag. The access lift to floors can accommodate only 2 persons without any bags. The breakfast location is a good 11 minutes walk from the hotel but serves simple and good breakfast.

The location was exceptional as it was walking distance from the Firenze Santa Maria station and the main attractions in the Florence. We did a self check-in as we arrived after 3.30 pm but it was absolutely smooth. Thanks to Grazie Mille for explaining everything in advance on WhatsApp. The shared coffee machine and water dispenser in the common area was extremely convenient. The housekeeping was very good.

It is not typical hotel but more like Airbnb with person on the premises till 3 pm Communication was through WhatsApp Always with very fast response There was no breakfast but we were able to fit food for the next morning into tiny refrigerator We were able to walk almost to each place we wanted to visit Very clean

The room could use blackout curtains, as even at night the light from the streets would enter the room. It was somewhat noisy as well but not too annoying. Tiny elevator with limited capacity; we ended up going up and down all 3 floors (63 stairs if I remember correctly) with a bunch of bags, and the stairway was pretty dark - could use better illumination.

Excellent location close to the train and the Piazza della Repubblica. The room and bathroom were very clean and I particularly appreciated the large shower, especially after coming from staying in other nice hotels with tiny showers. The host was super nice and even left us water in the fridge (in a reusable glass bottle).

Bed could have been more comfortable. Ask for room with street view. We looked out on an alley. 3rd floor walk up so anyone with tired legs, think twice......but small 2 person old elevator available if needed.

The location is perfect, the rooms are nice considering that we are in the heart of Firenze. A driver picks up the car and manages the parking.

Didn’t get codes to enter until an hour before we were scheduled to arrive (apparently after it is staffed). Had to request it a couple of times. Shower leaks terribly. Fortunately there is a drain in the bathroom floor. Room was very very small. Challenging for two adults and two suitcases. Could benefit from far more hooks in bathroom and even wall hooks in main room to hang more clothes/towels. Appreciated the hanging shelf in the bathroom as it has a typical for Europe pedestal sink - not much room for toiletries. Appreciated the small fridge, safe, and hair dryer very much. Tiny elevator is a hoot! So glad it was there and works great!
