The stairs to the apartment quite challenging with luggage. Also a kettle and an iron would have been appreciated.

Great location can be noisy at night. We enjoyed the space and the massive balcony and watching the world go by. Washing machine a bonus.

The mattress on the bed needs to be replaced. It's not very comfortable and can feel the springs through the mattress. This is a great place to stay but the mattress let's it down.

Fantastic location and great introduction to the area from the host. The room was clean and would stay again if the mattress is sorted.

We could not figure out a way to make the AC work (it only seemed to blow out hot air) though we did not ask the host about it to be fair, we just tried to open the balcony door to let air in - which helped. However, there were lots of mosquitos we'd let in by doing so, so we got a lot of bug bites. The stairs to get up were a bit treacherous, and the lights in the hall don't stay on very long (maybe on a short timer?) so it makes it quite daunting when walking down/up with luggage.

We loved the location. It was central, and easy to access from the train. We loved how close we were to shops and food, and that we didn't have to walk too far to get there. The place was very clean and well maintained, and we appreciated getting a 'tourist card' which gave us some discounts and the ability to use the elevator. The host gave us very clear instructions for how to access the place (especially since we came after hours!)

Awesome location, friendly owners, reasonable price. The best way to explore Riomaggiore and le Cinque Terre, absolutely recommended if you decide to stay in town!

60 irregular steps up to front door from the street. I understand this is possibly usual for Cinque Terre.

Located only a short walk from the central city area and train station, although there are numerous steps to negotiate to get to the apartment. Nevertheless this was a very well equiped appartment with all amenities and exceptional views.

We arrived after dark and there were lot of stairs to climb. This is just an observation as there are a lot of stairs everywhere in Cinque Terre.

A wonderful place to stay and base yourselves while exploring the Cinque Terre. Sara was wonderful very responsive with messaging & gave some great tips on visiting the other towns

Nothing not to like.

Location, location location! What a view from the room and common deck area - unbelievable - on a cliff face overlooking the Mediterranean!!!. See the attached photos. Communication - great information prior to and during stay on train system and getting around in Cinque Terre and the various hiking options. The room was really an apartment with all the amenities required for a great stay. Well thought out and considerate of our needs.

The apartment was delightful, clean, and other than having to negotiate many stairs that ALL lodgings have here, it was in a super location on Via Columbo. My room faced the street and I had a great view of the super moon over the mountain above right from my window. Andrea and Sara were very helpful, and the recommended luggage transport service from the train terminal on the other side of the tunnel to get to this part of the city was a lifesaver!!!

Beautiful location. Sara was very helpful. The bed was uncomfortable. The view was wonderful. With that came foot traffic in front of our apartment.
