The location is perfect, very close to everything you need. Breakfast is hearty delicious and exceed our expectation. Room is beautiful and very well designed. We also enjoyed Giovanny Galli chocolate as welcome gift which was very good. Staffs are helpful and friendly.

Beautifully decorated, artistic boutique hotel. Comfortable spacious room. Lots of nice free snacks available 24/7. Robes, in-room coffee, good breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. On a relatively quiet side street but in the heart of the main attractions.

Our room, 32 was next to the lift. Some noise from this during the night. Woke me each night. But the beds were so comfy I quickly fell back to sleep.

Other than parking if you are renting a car. But this is a problem throughout the city of Milan. Otherwise: Nothing to improve. There is no need to mess with something that is running smoothly and fulfills what is required of it.

The location is by far it's greatest asset... a short walk from anywhere down by the Duomo. The employees are second to none in providing help and attending to our requests. The breakfast is phenomenal. It is a full breakfast that will take you through lunch as well and very tasty. Everything was A++. We will return here on our next trip to Milan.

The room was small, the pillows a bit hard, the price a bit steep.

The staff are exceptionally kind, gracious, cheerful, and accommodating. The location is superb. There are many delightful extras -- orchids in the room, chocolates at reception, free drinks in the evening and an excellent, abundant, delicious breakfast, with all sorts of offerings. The housecleaning is terrific.

Everything. We had stayed there once before and were looking forward to staying there again. It was just as wonderful as we remembered it. The staff is welcoming and anxious to meet you every need. The free mini bar is a treat as is the complimentary champagne happy hour. The location could not have been better. It is steps from the Duomo yet very quiet. There are several good restaurants in easy walking distance. The breakfast buffet is one of the nicest I have ever seen plus they will cook eggs to order upon request. The location was amazing in the heart of duomo, walking steps to everything (Food, shopping, Chathedral & Metro stations). family room was big, comfortable, clean and nice. Staff are friendly, kind & helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Snacks at lobby all the time. I highly recommended. I will definitely stay in Spadari Duomo next time.

Great location, just a 2 minute walk to Duomo The hotel staff are very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast is delicious, freshly cooked , huge variety on the buffet . The room was very comfortable, particularly the bed . Freshly changed linen every day . A very nice small hotel.

The room was a little small and the shower was not great. The walls were not well sound proofed, we could hear the baby crying all night in the room next door.

The location was excellent, right near lots of great shops and restaurants and the Duomo. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was exceptional
