Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PolandMinor stuff, not really altering the perfect experience, but then again, it's not a 5 star Paris setup, it's a campsite :) The shower drain in the mobile home was initially clogged, I just had to clean it up myself. The takeaway restaurant- PERFECT overall and very tasty- would occasionally be overloaded, apparently, and would make mistakes in our orders, even though the receipt was correct. Stuff to be aware of, not necessarily a bad thing or campsite's area of influence: - The sand on the complementary beach is a bit "dirty". It still gives you and your kids a lot of fun. There are other "commercial" beaches nearby, much cleaner. Including the campsite one, too. - It looks like the "microclimate" of this place gives you a lot more humidity than usual. It was HOT. Granted it was an Italian heatwave of 2023, but it was much hotter than in the surrounding places. With humidity come mosquitoes in wholesale quantities. Be prepared in the evening,. - The location is a huge advantage, but be aware it's quite far away from the town so you'll either drive or take a half hour walk to get to any "external" services like restaurants, stores, beaches etc.
We stayed for whopping full 3 weeks with very small children, so the review needs to be biased a little bit and your experience may simply vary just b/c you may have a different family setup :) It was a quite perfect stay overall. This type of facility was exactly what we were looking for. Space, silence, pine trees, cicadas, comfortable, air-conditioned mobile home and the ability to park your car just next to it. Is there anything else you really need for a perfect stay? Amazing animation offer for children of all ages. Very nice "waterpark", maybe not as beefed-up the ones presented by the competition, judging by the photos, but for our children it was just fine. Amazing adventure park. Just fine and adequate food & beverage service, including a bar, restaurant and a small supermarket. FANTASTIC and helpful staff! Oh and I really appreciated the cash-free payments across the board. Keeps you safe and light. Basically you only use either a payment card or your bracelet/QR code you can pre-load with the mobile application or at the reception desk. Cash is not accepted in the camping facilities. Digression: Photos don't lie here- this place is really THAT beautiful. Keep in mind- the price/quality ratio does the trick, too. It was very favorable to us, but Italy overall offers plenty of campsites like these. I'd like to try some other ones in future just to see...

HungaryThe mobile homes (and the rented tents) are too close to each other. We had a wake-up crying from the neighboring mobile home. Also we could not park the car next to the mobile home because of this. The pool was more than crowded, especially the children's pool.
This really is a village. You could stay here and use just the facilities and options offered by Club del Sole. You have a good (although small) swimming pool and few children's pools, beach with road trains running all day to and fro, and a lot more things to do and programs to attend each day.

LatviaWe didn’t have blankets on beda when we came. Also the breakfast didn’t quite change at all and if you are staying for more then 4 days it is getting boring and you want to change something.
We liked the space and place, it was comfortable for us and our friends. Also the village teritorry was big and safe for children. We liked the beach and swimming pools. If was nice to stay there.

Hong KongNothing, the whole experience was very enjoyable.
We stayed in a superior mobile home and whilst it is quite compact, it functions well if you are used to a "tiny home" style of accommodation. Yes there are mosquitos as some have stated but they are manageable with repellent, the pools are great and the restaurant has reasonable food and prices. We had a small issue with our moka pot but the staff replaced it with a new one without hesitation. A great place to holiday with family

HungaryThe stuff is really not flexible and helpful... The check in took like 20 minutes even though the place was basically empty, because we had to wait for an other collegaue "who is busy with something else" to complete the check in. But even after that we couldn't get the keys for our room at 15:30 and we had to wait 1,5 hours in windstorm and pouring rain with a 3 month old baby in the car, because they didn't want to give us the keys for our apartment before 5pm, because the rules are rules, no check in is allowed before 5pm. Come on, this was in off season and the whole camping was basically empty...
The location and the place is nice, the price was really fair, breakfast is also great.

Belgiumthe bed (or the hole bungalow) was tilted down with the side where we put our head.
Very clean camping with friendly staff...very friendly. We didn't had problems with the mosquitoes at all. We took from home few products special for the mosquitoes and was just fine. The swimming pool (there are 4) area was very nice and clean. 10 min by footh to the beach or 2 min with the free shuttle train. The beach looks bit wild...in the good meaning. The check in was only 5 min and we received our bungalow much earlier.

DenmarkThere was too much garbage laying around. for instance - we saw the same face mask in front of the restaurant 3 days in a row. The trash cans around the pool was full around noon. so garbage was laying around the trash cans instead of placing more or empty them. The pool was closed every monday until 3pm, so almost a whole day where you are not able to use the pool.
The pool area was fantastic with small kids.

ItalyThe place is beautiful and clean, you can really relax, you can choose where you want to swim in the sea, the village staff is also kind, the problem is that the wifi and cellphone signal is a bit slow and weak, especially when you are inside room, I hope they can come up with a solution in case an emergency call is difficult to call..Thank you

United States of AmericaWay too many mosquitoes, wish they could spray to deter some. In the rooms you can tell it’s an issue when you see dead mosquitoes on every wall. The dining was the worst part. Low quality food but good variation. We paid for the full board and were only allowed to eat indoors where it was super loud and couldn’t even have a conversation with my family.
The staff is super friendly and helpful everywhere you went. The adventure park was a surprise and the highlight of our trip.

DenmarkStaff driving careless and lokking at there phones meanwhile. Dangerous for children. Lifeguards. I will not call them ligeguards, because they are more buisy looking at there phones or talking to young girls. Blowing there whistle instead of talking to people at the pool. Telling children not to walk on the walls in the poolarea, while walking on the walls themselves. What do they think children do otherwise than copying them.. there a three waterslides, but not open very much, which I dont understand, since the lifeguards are three men at work, sitting together and talking. Look out for your own children at the pool. And besides the lifeguards, poolarea is great... Remember to “click” no pets, or you will be sorounded by pets and dogs.. Mobilehomes, were we stayed, are old og not up to date... but ok for the price..
Staff at restaurant, great, polite, very kind. Staff at reception, great, polite, very kind.
