Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PolandIt was very cold in our room, colder than on the outside. Strongly recommend bringing warm clothes during early spring. Had we stayed longer, the room would be too small, not much place to put our things.
Very nice location, surprisingly quiet. It was easy to find once we’ve asked for direction. Comfortable bed, clean room. About 3 minutes on foot from the Termini Station.

United KingdomThe room was rather small and a bit noisy. Small TV with poor reception. Noise from the adjacent rest room and corridor.
The hotel is beside the central station (Roma Termini) and in a walking distance form the city centre. The room was clean and staff was very helpful.

SwedenThe hotel ''closes'' at 00:30. This is because it's a 1 star hotel. I had no idea about this but good to know if you plan to stay out a bit later. You can maybe still get in but just keep it in mind. Room was very small and the bathroom had no shower curtain so there was water everywhere when showering.
The location was great. Very close to Rome Termini station. But a word of caution, if you travel in the subway system then hold on to your belongings and keep far away from any possible pickpockets. Got my phone stolen so wouldn't want the same to happen someone else. Host was great, we were able to leave our bags after checking out and explore some more our final day. Bed was very comfy for my liking. If you are traveling on a budget then this is great but would recommend to book in advance so you can upgrade a bit.

MaltaFor a one-star hotel, the amenities are fine. The location is close to Termini, an asset. Yet, I think it is a bit on the high side when it comes to the charge per room per night.

United States of AmericaExtra bed pillows would be nice. A night stand would be helpful. Despite description. there is NO airport shuttle. After much discussion, we were told to either get a bus or train to hotel. This is a tiny place (a few rooms) and a tiny room. A little difficult to find, as the plaque on the sidewalk was small and set among many others. The common lobby was grubby.
Very clean; comfortable bed. Close to train station. Appreciated elevator.

United KingdomI did not like that there were no tea and coffee making equipment
I booked a single room but the bed was 1.5? Size so made for a comfortable night. My room was by the door to the hotel at the back and apart from a few guests returning back was very quiet. I liked that it had its own fridge and plenty of charging points. The fan was a comforting rumble all night but kept the room cool. As the hotel is on the fourth floor I liked that there was a lift

SlovakiaThe bathroom is tiny and the shower doesn't have a curtain or a brim on the ground so water gets pretty much everywhere when you shower. But overall it's okay for a short stay.
The location of this hotel is amazing. You can easily walk to all the main touristy attractions and spots, the main train station is a 5 minute walk away and there are many cafes in the area where you can grab delicious breakfast in the morning. One of the highlights of this hotel is also definitely the friendly staff, the receptionist- always there if we had any questions or needs.
