The entrance was a bit worrying but once you get upstairs it is worth it. Kettle and cups in room but no coffee/tea or teaspoon so it's useless.

Everything was great. Staff is very helpfull, rooms are comfortable and the overall quality-price raport was one of the best. Breakfast is good and the outside terrace is amazing. I will stay here every time i will come back to Napoli.

The black and white room wasn’t super cosy but typing this is nitpicking. The room was very clean and we can’t complain

Good location, 10 mins on foot from the main train station and not so far from the center, just keep in mind that it’s close to the street so it’s quite noisy, so have earplugs at hand😀Great breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, really nice rooftop terrace. It’s a great value for money👌

Very quirky building with lovely big rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast very good and rooftop seating and hot tubs a rare find! Location excellent next to garabaldi train station and overall perfect for our needs. Staff very friendly and couldn't help us enough.

Rooms are on the 4th floor, reception on the 6th floor and dining on the 7th floor. Lots of stairs to climb. There is a 3 person lift but you can wait quite awhile for it to be available. Also the rooms are quite small with very small bathrooms. They also want you to wear a wrist band that identifies you as a client.

You Must take a taxi to the airport because the bus takes a long time and the taxis ARE EXPENSIVE. But Sweet Sleep is well located.

This hotel is EXCELLENT and very safe!! The staff, the location and the amenities are well above the normal in Naples. The staff is very professional, well informed about the area, how to get around to the city sights, cafes, special destinations like Pompeii...AND the guest comforts are amazing. Refreshing cool whirlpools on the roof garden. A lovely cocktail lounge and an excellent restaurant! Near Garabaldi metro and train station and a very easy walk to the old town or a short metro ride to tours and great shopping. Breakfast was large and something for everyone's dietary needs or likes. The rooms are very well appointed and they have great air conditioning units. A nice little elevator takes you to all floors so the six flights are no worry.

The drain in the shower was a little clogged, but we were on the 4th floor, it also smelled a bit so upon returning to the room it was the first thing you noticed walking in.

Friendly staff, handy location - very close to public transport, rooms had everything we needed and the rooftop bar is a lovely spot for breakfast and and evening drink. Would highly recommend B&B Sweet Sleep.
