Exceptional hospitality!! A beautiful house more equipped than any other property we stayed in from a full fridge with tasty surprises, amazing coffee and sweet design. Maria was super helpful and did above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable

The steps were a lot, but the views were worth it.

The location was surrounded by breathtaking views. Revello was beautiful at night. The house was fully equipped. There was a dynamic electric fireplace. It was very soothing for sleeping.

Only thing missing from the stay was a lounge to sit on but that didn't bother us.

Maria's home has everything to make a comfortable stay. Maria was also very generous with breakfast items for our 3 night stay. It was central to the center area of Ravello. Two directions to get to it both had many stairs. It was a lovely stay in beautiful area. Quiet area and relatively short walls to both gardens etc. Transport in and out of Ravello is tedious as a recent accident has stopped the Sita bus. All was as advertised plus more.

The access from the Town Square was difficult for my elderly mother but we managed. It was fine for us in our 60's.

Maria was an exceptional host and met us on arrival to show us how everything worked. The breakfast supplied was very generous. Maria helped us with any questions regarding Ravello and bringing my elderly mother. The facilities in Symphony House were excellent, well equipped kitchen, washing machine and 3 TV'S.

The apartment is on the ground floor and rather humid and dark, the second bedroom is small.

The owners really did their best - products, small present, nice touches. Apartment is rather small but the bed was comfortable (at least the big one), very clean and has everything we needed.

The location was perfect. Right in the heart of ravello. The accomodation was perfect for what we needed but the highlight was the incredible host. They went above and beyond to make our stay amazing even leaving gifts upon arrival.

The staff was really attentive and kind, left our beds decorated with towels and also a gift for my child. Super clean. The breakfast supplies were very well served, with toasts, crackers, jam, Nutella, ham, cheese, milk, salami, juices and much more. Has a italian coffee machine with a great variety of drinks. The apartment is spacious, has a washing machine, dishwasher and all the amenities needed, except laundry detergent. The house is really fresh, even when it was hot outside, we didn't have to turn on the air conditioning.

It was a little damp but there is a machine for that! Remember to leave the outside light on when you go out as its dark to open the door .

I wish I had known that Ravello is car free! Pack lightly as its up hill . Maria was a lovely host. Very kind. Thank you for the Lemons, very tasty and so big. Such a beautiful area. The flat has everything you will need for an enjoyable stay.

The apartment is quite sheltered and very slightly damp. In summer the cold might actually be a positive but as we came in April it felt a bit chilly

Maria Carmela was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is small but comfortable, very clean and seems to have been recently refurbished. The location in the very centre of Ravello is perfect.

The Accommodation is very small, dark and damp. There are moisture absorbers dotted around and a dehumidifier but they are a lost cause here! Everything feels damp...even the toilet roll! Very difficult to dry towels after showers for next day. There is only the kitchen table for seating so not comfy for any length of time. If you like a bright space and perhaps a seat outside with possibly a view then this is not the place to book! The entrance to the apartment looks nothing like the photos! See attached the reality, with bags of rubbish that lay there all week!

When I re-read the reviews for Symphony House I feel I was in different accommodation! Location is good, not far from Villa Cimbrone. Accommodation was clean. Double bed extremely comfortable and cosy. That is where the positives end for me. Breakfast was a selection of long life breads etc, jam and packets of cold meats, cheese & yogurts in the fridge.

The bathroom was very damp. In fact despite using the clothes airer to put damp towels outside the apartment felt more damp after two days. There were dehumidifiers of sorts in the wardrobes and on a windowsill but these were inadequate. I did message the owner and advised the steps we had taken to help alleviate the damp and her response was that it had rained a lot and Ravello being high above sea level is humid. No attempt was made by the owner to bring in more dehumidifiers or offer any other sort of help.

The location was excellent as it is central in Ravello. The apartment was very well decorated and looked at first to be excellent. There was no fresh supply of items such as breakfast cereal and croissants, etc were all long life.
