The room didn't seem to have double glazing as the street noise at night was an issue.

A well-appointed hotel located next to the train station. The lounge was pleasant, and the room was comfortable and clean. Friendly staff and aperativo was served on a mini Ferris wheel, which was fun.

The hotel offers complimentary water but we had 1 bottle during our 4 night stay. When we asked housekeeping for a bottle, we were told to take it from the mini bar and you wouldn’t be charged. It was charged when we checked out.

Close proximity to train station and subway. Spacious, comfortable room with windows that open. Excellent breakfast.

Staff did their job but were very serious did not smile at all. The maids entered my room after I checked in, with the pretense she was bringing water, however water was already in the room. I didn't feel safe when I stepped outside. lots of pick pockets roaming around outside the hotel and train station. Inside the train station lots of security that kept the pick pockets out.

The location, my tour meeting place was at the hotel. It is located across the street from the train station..

Room was very warm, we couldn't not sleep well. We could not adjust the temperature- thermostat didn't work. We stayed there on the New year Eve and when we asked the staff: where we can spend the night to watch the fireworks? they said the rooftop bar will be open. When we went up at 11 pm, the bar was closed and there was a private party, so we had to go out in the street in front of the hotel to watch the fireworks. Staff were not really helpful- passive attitude.

The room was too warm for us. We had a room with the courtyard view so the outside temp was not as cold, and with the heater on, it became too warm inside the room. The a/c was unable to compensate.

This beautiful hotel brings a higher standard to the area. Unfortunately, views of trash and constant noise from the nearby train station and vehicles makes you want to close your curtains on this part of Naples. The area is in need of some landscaped green space and trash pick up. I enjoyed the Inner courtyard room much better than my city view room.

The breakfast room and breakfast was very nice. I loved the fresh fruit bowls of sliced kiwi, pears, grapes, oranges with homemade yogurt. Great capichinos ( not from a machine) and white table clothes added to this 4star+++ dining option!

Unfortunately, the location by the central station was also very noisy. Our room had a balcony with a lovely view of Vesuvius, but it also overlooked the main road in front of the station. Neapolitan drivers use their horns a lot, and seemingly from 06:30 onwards.

The location by the central station was very convenient for visiting Pompeii and Herculaneum, which was the main purpose of our trip. We were also able to walk to the bars and restaurants of Centro Storico each night.
