The pillows in the room were quite old and very compressed and so were not very comfortable. The TV menu was also disabled and there was only terrestrial TV available and no ability to screen cast mobile devices to the TV to watch a streaming service. In the apartment there was also no cleaning items for washing dishes or even the most basic seasonings provided which would be a simple thing to provide to avoid every guest buying these and then there being a high degree of wastage.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Good quality food. Nice pool.

the spa seemed to be overpriced- you have to pay for use of the sauna and steam room (€18 each), and even more for the use of the emotional showers and jacuzzi (€30 each!) which seems quite overpriced as they are all in the same room and were empty when we used the sauna. personally I’ve never paid for any of these basic spa facilities at any other “spa” hotel, so was a bit disappointed.

the hotel was lovely - open, clean rooms with a nice balcony. the pool was quiet and relaxing. the hotel offers use of the tennis and football court for free which was also very fun. the location is great, just a short, flat walk into town with a supermarket right around the corner. the staff were also lovely and helpful.

Gym only just passes as a gym - lucky i was the only person in there.

This was one of my favourite places I have stayed in for a while - great facilities, staff and not too busy. Overall very pleased.

Weren’t enough lounges for the guests around the pool area. There is a large concrete space next to the pool that could easily be utilised for extra lounges/umbrellas. Rooms were tired but ok. Strange the kitchenettes didn’t come with a dish cloth to wipe benches/table or clean dishes with (this is what reception told us when we asked for one - which they did supply in the end), particularly given it was a requirement that guests wash all dishes and have an inspection upon departure before our bond was released. Allocated beach towels needed updating as had several holes/tears. An internal wall on our balcony had been patched in quite a few places but not painted. Just a few simple things to attend to that would have made our experience more pleasant. Overall, we had a great stay.

Pool was huge and lovely. Grounds were well kept, staff were helpful and gym was handy. Large bathroom and balcony.

It's quite far to walk from the beach if you are travelling with young children but there is a regular shuttle bus that takes you from outside the hotel reception to the beach entrance.

The staff were great! They are friendly and very helpful and made us feel so welcomed in Sardinia. The apartment is spacious and adequate.

Nothing to not like. Might be nice to have a few more sunbeds around the pool when the hotel is busy.

The staff were very nice and helpful, particularly with regards to helping make reservations for the beach and lending us a beach umbrella. Good breakfast.

Although we were there at the begining of the season in June the apartament we rent would have benefit from some renovations. No room cleaning during our stay.

It is a peacefull location with vegetation around. The common area for eating and the pool was great

The greenery was lacking. Not vey charming. To bare and basic. Wi-Fi poor. !! Towels rationed.

Pool area chairs were occupied by quests for full day by just putting towels on the chairs. In our room Wi-Fi was not working and was not fixed during our stay

The wardrobe was not working. Historical center of san teodoro is 12 to 15 minutes or walk. The property did not have a restaurant for dinner. So you need to walk to the town for eating.

The property is nice. Our stay was quiet comfortable. Rooms were clean and basic. The staffs were cordial and helpful. There is a shuttle that takes you right from the property to the la cinta beach. The beach bus also arrives at a stop 5 min walking distance from the property.

paid for an upgrade to a junior suite. very disappointing as basic and suite had a bad smell. still waiting to be moved-not impressed. stayed many times at this hotel too. think needs to be refurbished.

The SPA is ok, but the water was really cold. Even the jacuzzi water was freezing. One of the emotional showers was not working correctly. Not a very nice experience for 18€/person.

A nice hotel for a stay in June, not very crowded and just 5 minutes walking to the center. Pleasant staff, always smiling and helping.

At check in we told that breakfast was available but wasn’t told that we would have had to pay for it, when we went we were hounded by the staff saying you haven’t paid etc, we were fine to pay but the way they went about it we thought was rude. the breakfast itself is basic but does the job although I think €15 is expensive per person. Spa opening times weren’t great meaning we rarely got the chance to use it. From the hotel the transfer is €60 each way to the airport which isn’t the hotels transfer but be mindful when booking. There is a chance to use the pool/bar area better as the space is great but no menus for drinks or lunch!

The pool area was great and the location wasn’t too bad, just a short walk into the town, beach is a longer walk however. The reception staff were lovely and helped us with suggestions.

Did not appreciate finding out on returning home that payment had been taken from both credit and debit card although it was rectified following day.Spa was a rip off consisting of 15 mins in jacussi and 15 mins in steam room and a walk through a foot of water .We were not given time to relax on the lounge chairs.
