Could do with tea and coffee facilities in the room

Staff were welcoming and helpful at reception. Swift check in & staff kindly provided a room upgrade. Excellent room with a beautiful view, impeccably clean. Perfect location. Great bars & restaurants within walking distance.

The elevator in the right hand sometimes didn't work properly. The button even if you push it hard sometimes didn't take you down to deck 0. I had to continue by feet down to the lobby. The room temperature can't be adjusted. It was too hot for me. I didn't open the window as the noise from the street could be heard inside.

Air con did not work, you can hear extremely well from people upstairs pluss we were not informed our room would be 400 meters from reception and had to walk in the rain, that should be informed well in description

Very modest furnishings, lack of instructions of how to use the TV.

Loved the location, friendliness of the staff, overall cleanliness of the room. Unexpected location - the hotel is located at the back of a theatre, there is also a nicely-looking restaurant (unrelated to the hotel) in the same building.

Staff courtesy and attentiveness. Good breakfast, varied foods and fresh fruit, open more hours than usual. Location at walking distance from center. In ZTL but with some parking places free.

The information, how to reach the parking and the location of the second building of the hotel was not quite correct.

the room was very comfortable, and clean and the bathroom was also excellent. The location is good, near the pedestrian zone, close to the main attractions.

Some other tourists didn't find parking place at the hotel parking and they were re-directed to a public parking with the cost of 12 euro per night. This is not correct, in Booking is mentioned parking at the hotel for free. One of the cryteria of the hotels reservation is the availability of parking place at the hotel. Update the details in Booking and have more clarity.

In the Booking application was mentioned the parking. We were lucky to find a free parking place in the hotel parking for free. it was very confrontable for the luggage.

Would like to make one suggestion, if there is a coffee vending machine placed in the building (as we stayed in the block not forming part of the main hotel building), it would make life easier, as otherwise, for a coffee you would need to go out of the building for a quick coffee.

Room was comfy and the facilities where ok for the room booked. Breakfast was really good and all the staff were super friendly. Close to the city center, just a few minutes back and it´s located in front of the small river the city has.
