We stayed there for 4 nights - family with 6 children. Parking a big car was GREAT! The kitchen was well equipped. A shared laundry machine was available in the hotel. Perfect location. Easy check-in - no physical communication was needed (great!)

Really, we liked everything. Some evening "noise" from folks enjoying themselves at a bar across the street, but didn’t keep me awake.

Location is great. Staff and communication was great. Any questions were quickly answered. Clean, spacious and great value! Parking right in front of apartment.I would stay again and again. Aosta Valley is an amazing place, fantastic scenery, lots to do, mixture of outdoor and cultural sights, large selection of restaurants.

Not a problem for us, but the top level apartment is only accessible by stairs. So if you have really heavy bags, it could be an issue.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Aosta. Lots of details made it great for those with sports equipment: bike room, laundry, racks for gear. Easy and secure parking and great communication from the host.

It was very confusing and hard to get into the apartment. We arrived after hours so they sent very detailed instructions with a video that we followed. However we couldn’t get in and got assistance from a neighboring vacationer who let us in to the gated lot and into the main door. We also couldn’t leave in the last day without tracking down the host to let us out (locked in the parking area). I suspect it was a language issue with translating the instructions.

This was a fun and very large apartment. It was easily walkable to the lively small town of shops and restaurants. Our host was very responsive as well.

Fantastic apartment! Nice design! Traveling with children, we really appreciated the large, spacious rooms. Our teenagers could relax from each other. Netflix was really great after the hike. Great location, private parking, even a balcony! We can see the full moon rising over the Alps through the windows. Well equipped kitchen, tea and coffee. This apartment had everything to make us feel really relaxed!

Very convenient location, the apartments are located on a quiet street close to the central pedestrian streets and within walking distance to the main historical attractions of Aosta. Modern apartments with all amenities, including a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and others. Hospitable hosts, convenient communication via WhatsApp, Anna quickly answered all questions, the necessary instructions for check-in and check-out were promptly sent.

The place was just perfect. Even though it is on the first floor you have a view on both sides. The kitchen was well equipped and super organized. The beds and some of the pillows were so comfortable I played with the idea of offering to buy them. I was asked in advance to provide the car number and avoid ZTL fines.

We came to Aosta in a very hot week and there was no air flow in the apartment, There are 3 fans in the apartment but no A/C. It was very warm all day long and sometimes it was even hard to sleep. It was a heat wave

We stayed at the 2nd floor, A beautiful, clean apartment with all the facilities needed. Really close to the center of the city. Feels new with a really cool and useful hanging wall for biking gear. A nice bike garage with tools. A great kitchen, comfortable beds and very responsive staff. Very nice porch with some views of the mountains.

No heater or A/C. This is clearly listed in their description, but just something I overlooked when booking. I hope they would offer floor fans or space heaters, if needed?? Luckily, we didn't need either during our stay.

We had a bit of difficulty retrieving the keys at pickup. But I think we deciphered the message wrong. Now that I go back and read it again, it is correct but at the time we arrived I was thoroughly confused. Maybe my brain was tired from traveling. At any rate, the apartment fit our needs wonderfully. It was spacious and clean and close to the walking city of Aosta Valley where we have family. The company was always available to us for anything we needed, which was much appreciated.
