The beds might have been a little hard. The area is very cute, but not close to any of the touristy type of things you might want to do in Rome. For that reason, the location is not the best if you're here to see the tourist locations.

The staff was just lovely and extremely accommodating. The breakfast was great, including the smiley faces in the cappuccinos. The facilities were typical of other hotels. Very nice hotel and super lovely staff.

Room was very small, shower didn’t work well (couldn’t get any water all really). in fairness though, it was just one night so we didn’t complain. The staff were so wonderful that I’m sure if we told them, they would have remedied the situation.

The hotel is in the known Trastevere district. Perfect for visiting the whole town. The staff was more than friendly and happy to help with restaurant recomendations (Ristorante Carlo Menta is our favorite). The breakfast was perfect, with sweet and salad options and delicios fresh baked croissants and good juices options. Our room was fine for 4 persons, with perfect working AACC. We will definetly repeat, and recommend this hotel.

What makes this hotel are the people. The staff at this hotel are so helpful, approachable and comforting. One staff member in particular, Julia, her hospitality is second to none. She made my family and I feel so welcome - from the moment we walked in where she offered us refreshments, to making sure the breakfast was always full and fresh, to constantly being ready to offer guidance on our travels. My family and I would come back to this hotel just purely because of the way we were treated as guests. The location of this hotel is second to none as you are in the heart of Romes nightlife and best restaurants. As well as the nightlife, every single monument and tourist attraction is close enough to this hotel, that everything is walking distance which is perfect for a European city break.

Breakfast was organized as a buffet table, with few options, very tasty and fresh. The hotel has sympathetic wall decorations. Moreover, the receptionist was really kind and helpful as the other staff members during our short staying.

Honestly - we were in room 14 which backed onto the market place - and there were crowds of folk below the window and we could unfortunately hear them until fairly late at night. So quite a significant noise factor when trying to go to sleep. I think this could be mitigated with some double glazing on the affected rooms?

Location was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful - Pedro went out of his way to give us the "lie of the land" after we arrived - and ideas for our initial walk to the wider Roman Forum area. Breakfast was simple but more than adequate for our purposes with warm fresh croissants, delicious coffee and fruit.

The facilities seem a little worn and old and the air conditioner didn't work very well.

We liked the hospitality of the employees. Women who served breakfast were amazing and nice. Kindness is the biggest bonus for this hotel. Giulia and other people from reception were kind and gave us very helpful advices about places that we should see.

Friendliest hotel staff I’ve met in a long time. You can tell they care about their guests and their experience a lot. Very helpful to answer any questions or address any issues (our daughter got heatstroke and they helped us get ice and extra cloths). Good value breakfast with excellent cappuccino!
