Room was not cleaned when we arrived, but the host solved it quickly. Some shelves in the bathroom would be nice. Also, they have a cozy backyard area, but it is all dusty, not clean.

In our room there was a door onto a small patio but no window! We couldn’t leave the door open overnight and found the room a bit stuffy in the morning without airflow. Be warned there are lots of hills up to the property! Was great for the calves though!

The self check in was very clear and easy to do. The room was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed inside!

Our only issue was the shower. Very poor water pressure and very difficult to control water temperature.

My room was next to the main door to enter the facility. It was quite noisy with people coming in and out and trying to sleep. The shower didn’t always have hot water and the faucet was constantly dripping.

It was a great location, close to the local metro and taxi pick up. Walkable to the Spanish steps and great cafes.

The walls are thin and you can hear a lot especially lots of drilling, although no fault of the property I think. The floors were often a bit dirty but everything else was cleaned well

The shower doors didnt slide easily making it hard to get in and out. Not much space to unpack. Maybe a little shelf in bathroom. Not much space to unpack in room either, maybe a small rack to plce clothes. Booked airport transfer via the host at 50 euros. Normal taxi rate is 31euros.

The trains in the bathroom smelled, but literally this was the only thing. Everything else was perfect

Everything about this location was perfect. Made you feel like you fit in with the locals having a key to an apartment/room. Location was literally the best in Rome, the room size was great, clean and bedding was really good quality. The fact that there are 4 rooms in total makes it perfect as you can have separate rooms if you want to travel with family too but still have a nice outdoor seating area. We loved our stay, interactions with the host were quick, easy and direct. overall, I’d say it’s the best host we’ve come across, very helpful.

The room had no natural light but had direct access onto the courtyard.

really great location, close walk to the main train station, Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum etc. Contactless check in was very easy and the staff responded very quickly and politely to my messages. The room had shampoo/body wash, a fridge, kettle with tea/coffee, a cleaner came everyday with fresh towels. They kindly let us borrow some towels to sit on the grass (a really good grass location in the sun is opposite).

The plug in the basin did not work which made it difficult with contact lenses. Also, a mat or non-slip pads in the shower tray would be useful to stop slipping.

The location was fantastic for all we wanted to see and do. Not our first visit to Rome so knew the area well. The room we had was quite and very comfortable.

The room was a little bit cold, but the heater worked and we solved this problem in a day. There was no fridge, but there was one in the reception area so maybe if you need it, you can ask for that one.

The location is near subway station, bus station (that can take you to Vatican, Colloseum or any other destinations) and also 5-10 min by walk from Fontana di Trevi and Pantheon The block is right across the street with Palazzo Barberini (we had the room with this view) Inside the building is a little space like a terrace where you can enjoy your time with no noise from the street.
