Great location in the Vatican area (5 minutes walk). We took a large two-room normer (with a kitchen inside). Clean, everything works, very cozy. The host - Alessandro was very friendly - gave recommendations on local restaurants / cafes, organized transfers from and to the airport. Great place to stay if you are planning to visit the Vatican.

The property is only 10 minutes away from the Vatican City (St.Peter's Basilica) ,Vatican museums and lots of restaurants nearby, also the bus stop and the train station "Ottaviano" are only 2 minutes away from the property that can take you to the centre of Rome like "Via Del Corso" and the attractions around. The property is very clean and free breakfast and WiFi are provided. There's an air-conditioning , TV, tea and coffee facilities in the room. Alessandro is a very helpful person, he answered all my questions:) It is a highly recommended accommodation. Thanks for hosting me

We had an amazing stay at Vatication B&B. The place is decorated really cozy. It is clean and tidy. The access to the building is easy and it is only 5 minutes walk to the Vatican Museum entrance. We used Hop On - Hop Off busses, which do have stops nearby. Alessandro helped with the transportation from and to the airport and was really responsive and helpful. If I visit Rome again, I will stay at the same place for sure!

It's very nice B&B. Just a few minutes away from Vatican. We got some nice restaurant recommendations from the owner when we checked in. Room is quite big, clean, cozy with big comfy bed. Very quiet and safe. Separate bedroom, dining area and big bathroom. Some nice variety of cereals for breakfast, bread, jam, nutella and some sweets left for us. In the fridge we had milk, cold water, orange juice, yogurts , fruits, butter as well as cheese and salami. Coffee machine available and milk frother. So many varieties of tea. It was a pleasure to stay in Vatication B&B!

The room was equipped with all the necessary stuff to make our stay in Rome very comfortable. The room and the common areas were very clean and tide. In case of rain, Alessandro and Sara have placed umbrellas before the exit. Small things make the difference.

Booked Vatication B&B for a 6 nations trip. I booked the Suite, room 4, which is a self contained apartment in the b&b with separate dining and bed area. Alessandro had lots of options for breakfast and the metro is a very convenient 2 minute walk. The property is very clean and was a great choice for Rome

The room was a bit cold but with all the comforts and conveniences of home.

The host Alessandro is very helpful with restaurant tips and taxi bookings. The accommodation is very close to St. Peter's square and Vatican City. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Amazing family-run hotel right next to the Vatican and close to other main sights. The owner is very friendly and happy to help. The neighborhood is safe, next to the subway and had many restaurants and bars. Since we had a very early departure, we didn't enjoy breakfast as much as we could have, but the selection was pretty impressive for a small hotel: bread, pastries, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea... We'll definitely stay here again during our next visit to Rome.

Our shower had a lot of mould. The hairdryer provided burns out after 5 minutes of use.

The accommodation was very comfortable and clean, it feeled like we stayed in our home😊. Also, the host was very helpful and sent to me recommanded nearby local restaurants. More importantly, the host allowed us to stay our luggage after the checkout time. The location is great. It is not far from the metro station (only 5 minutes walking). I am strongly recommend this accommodation for stay.
