The property is very clean, hygienic and comfortable with all facilities. It's really close to the airport and has connectivity through buses or taxi. The self checkin process is very good. The owners are also very good and helpful in need. Overall it's a wonderful stay.

I liked everything. It was just a bit chilly for me but in the wardrobe there were additional throws.

The property is very clean and quiet. I recommend it for an early flight from Roma Fiumicino airport. It’s easy enough to reach the property from Termini (there is a bus) and also with a taxi it is possible to reach the airport in less than 10mins.

You can hear the airplanes very close to you at night.

It is very close to the airport and they book you a taxi if needed. They also have pick up service from the airport. There is a supermarket in front of the hotel.

This is a great value choice for a short stay prior to a flight out of Rome FCO. It is no frills but clean, comfortable, and within a 10-20 minute walk through safe neighborhood to restaurants (10 minutes for pizza and bar food, 20 minute walk for more choice).

There was nothing we didn't like as such but a few things to note. The hotel is a little awkward to get to if you don't have a car so avail of their offer to pick you up at the airport (we arrived too late for the airport shuttle and took a much more expensive regular taxi). Note there are no cooking facilities, not even a kettle (this is due to local government regukations, not a decision by the hotel) so bear this in mind when shopping..

Comfortable, good value, exceptionally friendly welcome from Luciano. There is a good supermarket three minutes away on foot, which was very handy.

When 2 other couples checked in, there was a lot of noise and the walls were not sound proof at all. It’s isolated and even though 5mins from the airport , they charged 30 euros for a 3am drop to the airport!

There was nothing close by to eat. And no breakfast next day. But there’s a Best Western close by that has a good breakfast

It was convenient. I had to take a flight the next day so it worked great to be close to the airport. Also they picked me up from the airport and took me back the next day for 15 euro each way.

Bus station close to the hotel, however, for early morning/late night flights probably you will need to take a taxi or transfer service anyway.
