Location was ideal since area was full of shops, restaurants and cafes. Metro only 5mins by walk which makes it really convenient. Room was really clean and comfortable. Luca the host was exceptionally helpful and was available to assist us with any of our needs.

Truth is, that there is a noisy street just under the window. But its a center of Rome I wouldnt expect anything else. After whole day of touring I slept like a baby anyway and I consider myself as a light sleeper...

Don’t expect a 5 star Luxury hotel. Do expect a clean, comfortable, room, with a private bathroom, access to a kitchen with a very good breakfast, (juice, yogurt, pastries, coffee, bread, meat, cheese if you want more. The kitchen has a microwave so you can do prep. The unit has a bus stop in front, and a metro about two blocks away. From the main train station you can catch the Termini Metro easily to Octtavia Metro. A few blocks from Vatican for early morning access. Safe neighborhood for walking, attractions, eating. Local neighborhood. Lucas is very helpful and wonderful tips. AND fantastic gelato cafe across street. Best place ever! Thank you for wonderful stay!

We stayed 3 nights at this property and it was perfect. The rooms are much bigger that in the pictures and very very clean, as is the bathroom. The location offers you everything you need. The beds are very comfortable, you have privacy, cleanliness and a delicious breakfast. The property is very close to the Vatican City, a 10 minute walk away, the metro and bus station are also very close. Also, if you like to see the city on foot, you can walk to the most important location in Rome such as: Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, Spanish Steps or Piazza di Papolo. About Luca, the owner, we only have good words. He is a very good man, he also helped us with tips on how to organize our trip or where we can eat well. He provided us with everything we needed and a good mood in the discussions with him. In conclusion, we recommend this place for those who love traveling and want an accommodation that offers quality services at a fair price and a good location. It was an excellent stay. The room as in the photos was immaculate and spacious. The bathroom was as good as new. Excellent location, nice neighborhood, 5 minutes walk to Ottaviano metro station. Restaurants and cafes are at your doorstep as well as little shops for water and snacks. The host is the star of the guesthouse. Polite and eager to help with anything. Thank you Luca for your hospitality, if ever in Rome again, I would select it without hesitation.

The shower was not proper and hot water was like on n off.

Luca is very good and takes care of all our needs. Check in n out was swift, breakfast was good and since we were vegetarians he even kept some cut fruits in fridge. All basic amenities were present in the apartment and it's around 500meters from vatican and 400meter from ottavian station.
