We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomgood location, not far from the beach 8-9 minutes walk, train station at a distance of 30 minutes walk, but you can take a bus and manage it 18 minutes, our room was very spacious, I liked that we had our own bathroom, large balcony doors, when the balcony was opened in the evening, it was a pleasure to enjoy the fresh air, there was also air conditioning, but we did not use them it was enough to open the balcony, there was also a place to rest in the yard, which pleased me , good breakfast and very very friendly family, always friendly and happy to answer and give a advice’s if you need something , we needed an iron and they provided their own , on the last day we had a train in the morning and we went on foot with a large suitcase, but rather the car stopped and it was the owner, he took us to the station, which we were very happy and surprised because we didn’t say anything, I am very happy that I chose this villa and I am very grateful to the owners, I will definitely choose this villa again . advice

The two owners are really kind (and also their dog and cat - Brando & Sky). They helped us a lot and they were really welcoming. We felt just like home. + it’s near the center and 25min away from the train station (by walk). the breakfast was simple but tasty and sufficient. we highly recommend this cute house. thanks again !

TurkeyThe building doesn't have enough sound isolation in general. I do not suggest it to solo travelers because at night the road from the Carrara Marina to the B&B Villa is a bit desolate also I didn't feel comfortable in the Carrara Area because for me it was too melancholic so I checked out a day before.
I like the garden of the B&B Villa, it was very green and also Roberto was a very nice host, he was very caring and gentle. He picked me up and also drove me to the train station. The Carrara-Avena train station is 5 minutes by car and 26 mins by walk. Actually, I wanted to take a taxi or Uber but there was not.

NetherlandsThere were no bicycles that we could lend eventhough it said so in the description upon booking. Big no for us was the fact that we smelled cigarette smoke throughout the whole house/room. Eventhough the linnen and towels were clean, they sadly didn't smell clean. The bed was due able but not as big and comfy as we were hoping.
Lovely B&B with nice breakfast and hosts! We really liked the mornings at Acero because of a great variety of breakfast (sweets, toast, eggs etc.). Their dog was great company too. It was close to the beach although the walk there was further than expected (about 20 minutes). Be prepared for expensive sunbeds. The private/on terrain parking was also quite nice. There is a big garden where you can chill, play soccer if you want to. You can also use the fridge if needed. Airconditioning was working well too!

GermanyThe room was a triple one even though we had booked a double room. The toilet was quite old, the shower was really hard to use and some buttons were falling down. The wardrobe was really small for 2 people and not very functional. The breakfast in my opinion didn’t have enough salty options.
The Villa itself is very beautiful, it has a lovely garden and it’s very quiet. The owners are friendly and they have an amazing dog
