Rooms could be renovated, they are quite obsolete, but clean.

Wonderful estate, quite and in walking distance to cafés and restaurants. Specially loved the animals which we could watch from the balcony. Very friendly hosts and great breakfast! Nicely decorated room. Beach can be reached by car in 15-20min (would recommend to go to La Marinedda, it's a bit further than li ferruli and li junchi, but worth it).

The property is in the green, there are also horses, dogs and plenty of other animals to see. The family hosting this building was very nice and helpful. The room was very nice with some design touch. Great place also for bikers (the host is a biker as well). Grazie mille!

We stayed here for 5 days, and couldn't be happier. Room and hotel area was clean and cozy. Air conditioner worked perfectly. We had our own big balcony with a view of the sea. Breakfast was very good, we even got a lunch box to go for the last day, because we had to leave before breakfast time. Hotel yard was very nice with goats, pony, chickens, ducks, bunnies and a turtle. Location was great for us, because we had a car and drove around Northern Sardinia. Without a car, the location might be a bit more difficult. The staff was very helpful and kind. We felt very welcome to their villa.

Sometimes, the hot water would run out, but return after a few seconds or a minute.

Very clean and beautiful property with comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Well located in a quiet area but very close to beaches and restaurants. They have a very nice pool with views of the garden.

We really enjoyed our stay here, I can only say good things about this experience. The hosts are friendly and helpful (thank you Astrid for the ride to the bus station and Antonio for the scooter), the rooms are very clean (they clean the room and change the towels everyday) aaand the breakfast is delicious! Also, if you like animals, here's the place for you. They have a cat, a turtle, a pony, a dog, rabbits and some cool chickens (if you'll talk to them, they will want to follow you everywhere :P) - so you know where your breakfast eggs are coming from. We didn't spend much time at the pool, but it can be a good option if you don't want to go to the beach. Hope we'll come back someday!

We had a great stay in Villa Agnese. Room was clean and nice decorated, but what was the best is the outiside - beautiful patio with swimming pool, next to cute horse, goats, hens, rabbits and cats. The owners are extremly nice and helpfull and preparing delicious brekafast - coffee with cornetto, then some local ham & cheese
