The host was not responsive with the parking situation. The first day way great after being settled and everything was for the first evening. For the second evening, there was another guest who took two parking spots (one was ours) and had told us to take our car “out” but not telling us where to take it out to. We had left our car in the middle of the car entry way, blocking the lane where cars can go in and out. Leaving us left waiting for a several hours past 10:30pm for a response and didn’t receive any response until we had other neighbours offering help. If we hadn’t had someone approached us we would’ve been waiting outside for a response all night. We ended up getting it resolved by 12am because of a neighbour than the host. The host still had not responded.

Not much of a criticism but the property is at the top of a short hill.

Great location, just outside the centre of Garda. The property itself is really good, two big bedrooms, one with an en suite. Lovely views of the lake.

We thought from the booking details that we were in the large apartment at the top of the main house but this was not the case. Be aware additional charge of 15€ per person if you want bedsheets and towels which we think should be included although it is in the small print and the local tax is 2€ rather than 0.80€ as quoted. Also be mindful of a hill and 2 flights of steep steps which would not be good for very elderly. A specific check in time to let you in to the property is also required.

The fantastic view’s were great. Apartment was comfortable and clean and had all the basics required. Great location overlooking the lake and stroll down into town.

It didn't affect me at all, but there is a little hill and a fair few steps to negotiate, so it may not suit someone with limited mobility.

The view from the front windows was incredible! I could sit at the table and look outside for hours. The location is ideal. Just a short walk to the bus station, the local supermarket and plenty of shops and restaurants. Loved the decor, and everything was spotless. Host was very attentive.

BIt hard to tell from website which fotos related to our apartment (and Villa's own website inaccurately suggest dishwasher and washing machine). Kitchen equipment a bit limited - fridge was pretty ineffective and not many saucepans - and had to buy a cheese-grater for the parmesan).

location excellent - and the view from the terrace is stunning (there is a fair amount of road noise as the main lake road is just below but we found that OK as we expected it). Air con was really really good - and when we were there Garda was unusually hot - close to 40 celsius - so a lifesaver. Spotlessly clean - and while we we had agreement to leave our bags prior to check in they were actually ready for us at lunchtime. Family run - and family also have a very cute dog.

The location is great. A beautiful view of the lake and hills from the terrace balcony. Only a short walk down to the water and town. The host was excellent. Quick to respond and help with check in, check out and any queries we had. The apartment is a great size and exceptional value for money. We would recommend this to villa very much

The host was very welcoming. The apartment was perfectly situated with lake views and only steps from the lake. Very close to bus station and ferry etc. The apartment was immaculate and the air conditioning was very welcome during hot weather. Bottle of wine was a lovely touch.

The property full of insects and flies, the bed was so uncomfortable. The floor was dirty, I had to keep my slippers on even when I had shower. No toilet roll, no where to hang clothes in the toilet or toiletry bag. No staff to help and so rude cancelled my call twice, no wife as stated in the website.

While we stayed there, wr have been not provided by WiFi connection at all. Tried to contact the management and have not had any response from them and we have been totally ignored! Tried to make calls via WhatsApp and even direct but she was rejecting our calls! We wanted to make an order to change the towels and bedsheets but wa have been ignored, we also been have mislead by pictures of available washing machine, this appliance was not available in the property. The place was not clean and the stuff that took your money and ignored us for any communications. 😒 🙄

Main external photo shows an attractive horizontal striped building, but apartment was located in an inferior adjacent building. Apartment described as luxury which was fair for the views but we didn't think the apartment was a luxury apartment. Linen was included in the booking but we were asked for an extra 15 euros per person even after providing evidence that linen was included in the booking.

Kitchen utensils and items weren't very clean, and walls are very thin (e.g. you can hear the water through the pipes very loudly, as well as any neighbours in the flat next door).

Amazing location close to the water, hiking opportunities, the centre of town, and the best gelateria on Garda. Absolutely stunning terrace which we ate dinner on while watching the sun set over the lake every night.
