The floors and the bathroom wasn’t very clean.

Nice room, very convenient for a family. Beautiful garden to seat outside, quiet location, parking just outside and very friendly reception! Overall a very nice villa!

On 2 occasions people thought we were reception and walked in to our accommodation which was unnerving, clearer signs for reception are needed to avoid this

We had a low floor property, late check in was fine and ever was on one floor, clean and good value for money. Short 10 minute walk to the trans into Florence so location was good

It's in a commercial area far from central Florence.

It is very close to the Florence airport, which is good timewise, but makes it hard to get a willing taxi for the short trip. The apartment is well equipped. There's a nice private garden.

A quiet area (which isn't a bad thing) so felt a little unsafe at night so I wouldn't recommend this to solo female travellers without getting a taxi as metro stop is about 10 mins away.

Super clean, lovely receptionist. Location was great for us, you could get the metro straight into the centre and we had a really early flight the next day and walked to the airport in 20 minutes. (It was a busy road so would recommend a taxi during the day time). We tried the Ibis for convenience when we first arrived as it was also 'close to the airport' and never again, wish we had stayed here the whole time we were in Florence.

The Room and Villa were beautiful! The room was very comfortable and spacious and there were even plenty of snacks left for guests to help themselves. The beds were comfy and the room was clean.

Remote location did not provide many options for meals.

The woman at the desk ordered us a taxi fir 6:55 am. There was another couple waiting outside at the same time. We arrived at 6:50. Taxi never came. We went to train at 7:10. Not your fault I know.

Mosquitoes- maybe need to ensure the mosi plug-ins are already in the sockets when you know arrival is imminent- thank you that really was the only difficulty

Easy parking and good and v easy access by tram to the city and back and felt safe.

We liked all :) The only disadvantage I can mention is that is a bit far from the city center and not easy to reach if you don’t have a car

Restaurants were 10-15 mins walk. Quicker by car but a complicated route.

A 2 floor apartment, plenty of space and well equipped and very well curated. There was also a common area that was excellent and a very interesting garden full of interesting objects. 5 mins from the airport but no noise at night.

Great location for what we needed on returning to Florence with a hire car to fly out the next day as so close to the airport and with a car park. Very close to the tram stop and for €1.70 we took the tram into the centre. The Villa itself was very clean and comfortable and the correspondence with the Villa staff was great as we arrived after check in times. Would recommend

Everything! What a gem! You would never know it was there. The area that it’s in is not very nice but it’s like a hidden oasis

The area is kind of isolated, if you don't have a car you might have some trouble reaching it through public transportation. There are no restaurants nearby, so you either go far away or order.

The place is calm and well organized. The room, big, comfy, and clean, has everything you need, including a door to the wonderful garden, which we didn't enjoy until the morning after. The staff is great, helpful and ordered for us a taxi to arrive to the airport, which is 5 minutes away by car.
