Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

Clean, comfortable and super close to the main street where all the shops and restaurants are. Chiara was an exceptional host, best one I’ve had on my travels to date. Checked up on me to make sure everything is good, provided recommendations etc.

The rooms to the road are some noise - but: you are in the city center!
Warm welcome and lot of tips where to go and where to get good dinner. Located few meters from the city center. Nice and clean rooms. Note: Parking in Taormina is expensive - does not matter if you make a reservation in front of the Villa Chiara or any other local parking lot in the city.

I would definitely come back again! The location is perfect! The main street is 1 min from the hotel. You will be in the heart of Taormina. The room was very cozy, clean and met all our needs. And last but not least, Chiara our host was amazing!! She was always there to help and took care of the smallest details!

Great location. The host was proactive and gave lots of useful tips for things to do and restaurants to visit. They were all very good recommendations. I'd recommend it. Good value for money.

It was hard to see in the mirror in late afternoon because the sun was shining in.
It was very clean and smelled really good. Beds were very comfortable and location was just off Main Street but quiet.

The shower room was very small, but we were only there for one night so it was fine.
The owner was exceptionally helpful. Before our arrival, she sent us a list of places to visit and restaurants for typical Sicilian food. We tried them all, and loved them! The location was perfect and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

Note that in order to access the B&B you'll have to go over side stairs (not a few but many), it's not hard though it might not suit everyone.
The staff is very kind and very helpful. This place is small and cozy, really nice place. I really felt the manager and staff want us to feel comfortable and be happy, I really appreciate this.

We were 3 adults in one room, additional bed is somewhat small and the room is really small - but nevertheless the bed was still comfortable.
Location is perfect for sightseeing. The hotel is right above the main street. We didn’t go to the sea so I don’t know how far away the beaches are but I have seen bus stations nearby. Chiara is really wonderful and helpful. She has reached out before our arrival and summed up everything we need to know about Taormina, what we should visit and where should we eat. The street where we parked the car is really narrow but she has helped us with this as well. This parking is right in front of the property so you don’t have to worry about dragging your stuff across Taormina.

Perfect location, one street up from the Main Street but without the noise. Chiara was super helpful on arrival as she sent us photos to help us find the entrance and also sent recommendations for local restaurants. Very nice room, super clean, we couldn’t be happier.

Private parking is available, but is a bit costly (note that it also requires some maneuverings to enter and leave). Shower a bit tight.
Perfect location above the center of the main street (only about 40 stairs which is not much for this town...). Welcomed us warmly and in persona nd provided useful information. The breakfast attendant was very nice.
