The covid restrictions make any hotel breakfast a nuisance. In normal times, breakfast should be one of the pleasant parts of the stay. Today, if you would only like to have another piece of bread, you have to queue. This is not the hotels fault, as there probably are no good ways how to organize this, but it is a pity. What we didn't like is that there were not enough tables outside in the garden, so we had to sit inside with many other people that wanted to sit outside. The restaurant is reservation only and does not serve rooms. But there are great restaurants nearby. The pool area was not served. There is a bar and small kitchen, but it was closed.

The location, the hotel, the pool area, everything is wonderful, a calm and relaxing environment. The hotel, the rooms and facilities are very clean and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

The rooms were rather dark, however, that was not a major issue.

Overall, the hotel is very beautiful and some time spent at the swimming pool - that's a must-have experience. Swimming pools are really exceptional. The breakfast was very good as well. The staff is great.

The Wifi was not working and the receptionist said we will compensate for the inconvenience. But at the End while checking out they said sorry.

Breakfast was okay. Rooms were also just okay. Outside the rooms it was not clean and was slippery as it was not cleaned.

We booked Junior suite, and we were placed in a loft which is external building because pets are not allowed in main building. We had small dog with us. Loft was dirty, full of bugs and ants. We had to walk on the rain for breakfast with 2 small kids. They almost charged me extra at check out, in the end they didnt refund difference between cheaper loft and booked Junior suite. Overall, wouldn’t come back!

Loft room very uncomfortable, upstairs part too hot, not even a kettle, very basic toiletries, too few electric plugs, no round ones, required for any appliance nowadays. Only one receptionist to deal with a bunch of incoming guests . Breakfast and restaurant just ok.

Bar at Pool closed. Bar in Main Building had no waiter most time. We had to search for them. From this bar its about 500 meters to the pool. Rooms in the side building are 2 storey modern IKEA like and seem a complete failure. Upper floor with bed is small and under the roof where its hot even in September. Lower floor of no use at all with a plastic covered sofa and in good view of everyone walking by. No Mini Bar etc.

We stayed on the premises but our rooms were not part of the main Villa and to that extent not as beautiful as expected.

Very close to the Treviso Airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very responsive ahead of our stay. It is a beautiful villa to stay at and very affordable.

Everything was just a bit odd The driveways are very narrow Receprion difficult to find All the hotel facilities are annexes to the original building. The rooms are terraced houses separate to the house, very nice, but there layout is unusual & surpizingkg cramped, considering the size of the house. You get acres of room downstairs, it feels like their should be a small kitchen downstairs, fridge, but no kettle, uncomfortable sofa & dining table & chairs, the upstairs, a lovely bed, but everything is rather tight & short of spacs. A modern onsuit bathroom, but a little tight on space. All the switches are electronic, but often not quite laid out in an order that makes them easy to use.

We were not told that there was a wedding reception with loud music till midnight, on one of our nights. There was no in-room info on A/C operation or telephone.

Nice location in the country. Easy drives to places that we wanted to visit. Breakfast was very nice. Grounds were pretty. Staff was very accommodating in changing our room due to a problem. Linda at the front desk, gave great recommendation for a Prosecco winery in Valdobbiadene.

Maybe at one time this establishment was of a four star standard, but not anymore. It’s 3 stars done well. Most of the main building is shut off to guests so you can’t profit from the grandeur. Rooms and equipment tired. Walls need re-painting. Woodwork needs treating. Fridges must be 20 years old or more. Curtains need a clean. Even small things like the doormats…they’re all ripped. The lack of attention to detail is disappointing because some small changes could make a world of difference. The breakfast room lacks ambience…clinical. Oh, careful with the entrance, it’s not clearly signed and the turn surprises you.

Our room has been changed when we got there, and it was positioned as an upgrade, but it meant that we didn't stay in the villa but in the side building. I specifically chose the inside stay when booking so that was very disappointing. The dinner was not really satisfying either, our salmon was still frozen when it was served, as well as the desert.

It' a very impressive place, the villa and the garden looks very nice. The staff was friendly. The Treviso airport is very close so if you have an early flight this can be a great option.

The bathroom wasn't really clean and there wasn't a water cooker and non-plastic cups available. The WiFi didn't work at the place we were staying.

It was absolutely beautiful, the pool and pool area very well organised, clean and calm. Also the food was absolutely amazing, the daily changing menus of the day. A perfect getaway
