Excelent place just few steps from main city attractions, to restaurants just few steps, but as well hotel not on main road so no much of noise. Room looked more spacias than expected.

The description states that there is air conditioning. The weather was (happily) very hot with the rooms in full evening sun but the air conditioning could not be used. A member of staff explained that they could only offer heating or cooling at any one time (the same for all rooms), and they currently only offered heating! The description should be changed.

Excellent location and from room could see the leaning tower of Pisa. Staff were helpful and friendly. Arrived early and able to drop off luggage which was a bonus. Only 10 minutes walk from train station.

Not all rooms have access through lift. The staff are checking who enters the property at all times, which can be off putting though I understand they do it for safety.

Location is great if you wish to be near the Sightseeing quarters. The hotel offers to store luggage, which is very convenient! Spacious room though has dated furniture. Very clean.

It's a surprise to live in such a place with only a 3-minute walk to the Pisa Tower. You must get up early to feel the most precious part of the city with no extra tourists. Then you can enjoy breakfast and restart your journey to the city. Anyway, it's like a transfer station where you can stay whenever you finish the trip. Besides, the waiters are so enthusiastic and willing to help you, which also made me feel like staying at home.

No kettle or refreshment contents in the room. No complementary water bottles. There was one socket in the room. Compact room. Reception not staffed when we checked out. They did say they were staffed between 7am to 2 am. No other amenities for emergency and needed to get out of hotel for everything

Close to the pisa tower etc. old building with character. They were able give us a room before the check in time. Staff was friendly and booked our taxi for us. There is a subway near the hotel

The whole place really could do with being refurbished. It wasn't the cleanest either. The bathroom was so narrow that you sit on the loo and rest your head on the wall 😁

The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was lovely, although there was no real hot food and of course the biggest plus is the location. We were lucky enough to have the room at the front with a balcony so we could sit and look at the leaning tower and also the horses as they passed through the square 🙂

They coul have informed about the heating and they had problems with hot water. This can be so much better with small efforts. But i liked it anyway😊

No heating in the evening and only light blankets provided. No hot water on the morning of our departure meant no shower and no staff were to be seen to assist.

The property was very central and perfect for exploring. Whilst dated, the room was clean and large.

The room is very small, and the bathroom is even smaller. The bed was uncomfortable. The access to the room was inconvenient, especially if coming with a large suitcase.

the hotel has an excellent location, just in front of the tower. My single room was small, but clean, with a private bathroom and great view of the tower. the staff were very kind and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there, and would definitely stay there again.
