Both Tonino and Federica are super welcoming and happy to help. Tonino gave us the best recommendations. Breakfast is home cooked, with a lot of different options and pastries. Clean and well located. We absolutely loved it! You can even leave your car there to avoid parking outside.

Villa Maresca was a dream property to stay at in the Sorrento area. My husband and I always try to find places to stay that allow us to learn and interact with the hosts/ other individuals staying there. Federica and Antoninio were the most wonderful hosts you could ask for. They were waiting when we arrived, had tips for our future days activities, and the breakfasts…there aren’t enough words to describe the selections/ delicacies they put out for us. Our room ( the Pink room) was spacious, with wonderful private back balcony, extremely clean and very comfortable. The shower had lots of hot water, great strength and lots of places to put your belongings. We stayed for about 5 days, and every day we felt like we were royalty. The gardens on their property, the ease of getting around town and to the train station to go to Pompeii, Sorrento and to visit the lovely town of Piano di Sorrento itself was just perfect. But of course, the main reason to stay there is to come and meet the wonderful host and hostess of Villa Maresca. We arrived as strangers, but left leaving as friends. We hope to return one day! Everything was wonderful!

Federica is a wonderful hostess! The daily homemade pastry filled breakfasts were a highlight of our stay in Sorrento. The villa is surrounded by orange and lemon trees and is such a beautiful setting. Federica guided us with things to do and places to eat. We felt well taken care of. Highly recommend Villa Maresca!

The only downside of our stay was the hairdryer in our room. For someone with long hair like me, a good hairdryer is essential. I wish it had been better.

One of the standout features of our stay was the warm hospitality of Frederica and Toni, the owners of the villa. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Even before our arrival, Frederica reached out to provide us with valuable insights on local attractions, restaurants, beaches, and excursions. Following her recommendations made our trip truly enjoyable. The breakfast at Villa Maresca deserves a special mention. It was simply outstanding. Every item served was made from produce grown in their own garden, giving it a unique and fresh flavor. This added a delightful touch to our mornings. Parking: Traveling with a rental car, the on-site parking was a significant advantage. No hassle, no stress. Clean & Authentic: While the room might not have been the newest, it was spotlessly clean and exuded an authentic charm, giving a genuine feel of the locale.

Our specific room did not have a view and we didn't have access to the balcony with the view, but that was not advertised for our room anyway.

Awesome place with all sorts of fruit and vegetable gardens. Breakfast was phenomenal, and we met one of the friendliest hosts we've ever met. Getting in and out and Parking was very easy.

We stayed there for 9 nights and we have to say, it was hard to leave at the end. Cleanliness was top 10/10 Parking 9/10 Wifi 10/10 Location 10/10 - not located in the city center, thus it was really quiet and peaceful, yet most of Piano di Sorrento was at walking distance. For the rest we used our rental car, but there are also busses and a train station nearby. Breakfast was diverse and delicious, everyday there were new things to discover. Also, everything was made with fresh local produce from their own garden 100/10 Service and recommendations 100/10 The entire Villa Maresca family was very kind and helpful, especially Toni, who helped us find the best beaches nearby and booked a few tours for us and gave us a lot of information in general, and Enzo with his infinite espressos (or as they say in Napoli, cafes). He even helped us with a few car troubles. We will definitely come back to enjoy more of this beautiful environment and to get to know even more about Sorrento and the Italian culture and cuisine.

This place is absolutely stunning, and we give our best recommendations for this place - you should not miss this little unique pearl. The breakfast was very delicious, and the food was all made from their own garden - and the even served us fresh brewed Orange Juice from their own garden - the most delicious meal we have had on our stay through italy. The hosts are so kind and helpful with giving tips and tricks about not only our stay, but also what we should see in Italy.

Situated just out of the hustle and bustle of Sorrento, Villa Maresca is a wonderful, relaxing place to stay. With views of mountains, the ocean and lemon groves it is the perfect stay. Only a quick bus ride or 30 min walk to Sorrento. The hosts were so helpful and I went to two of their suggested restaurants and the food was delicious

There were quite a few mosquitos as the property is in a garden, but the host does have bug spray you can use. Location is about a 10 minute bus ride to Sorrento, the buses don't run on time but they do come frequent enough.

The host tony was incredible, he was the very definition of hospitality. They really went above and beyond for our honeymoon stay and you can tell they truly care about their guests. The homemade breakfast served in the morning was the best we had in our entire month stay in Europe. They use food from their garden, and they use their lemon and oranges for fresh delicious juice in the morning. The room itself was very nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. This was one of the best stays my husband and I have ever had in our life and we travel often.

The property was amazing. Beautiful setting and very relaxing. Fantastic selection at breakfast with lots of homemade products. We had the lemon the lemon dinner cooked by Frederica one evening, which was an amazing experience . The whole family were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. Frederica’s mother even picked us up from the train station on arrival and showed us around Piano on the way

We loved the location and the lemon groves and gardens and the entire place . It is truly a piece of Italian paradise . Maresca and Tony go the extra mile to make everything about your stay very special. Maresca is a wonderful cook and baker your morning breakfast outside will spoil you from day one! fresh juice and pastries and goodies all from their garden and trees !! Simply amazing! She booked our trip to Capri which turned out to be perfect ! Oh! you can book a private 4 course lemon dinner with Maresca and Tony which we did and it was amazing ! You must stay here and experience this once in your life and it will keep you coming back rooms are well appointed and super clean ! The comfort and tranquility of the Maresca are exceptional. I did read the reviews before choosing this place for one day stay at Piano, and the place was more than I expected. The room was spacious, with big comfy bed, and then there was the garden with lemon, cedro and orange trees, and birds thinking, and the family running the hotel treat with so much care. It made my stay very special. And yes, as every review mention, the breakfast amazing, I would give it 11 out of 10.

Federica is a great host. she has contacted me as soon as I submitted the reservation. she explained everything about the place, the area and how to get around. she made reservation for us for tours and restaurant. the garden is just beautiful. breakfast was home made and was wonderful. everything was great. I fortunately we stayed only one night because there was no availability for longer time. highly recommend

Every place has its own charm - Villa Maresca for us was not about the room, but about the ambiance - the lovely styling of the room, the porch, the garden surrounding the house, the exquisite breakfast, and Federica, our hostess. Federica received us with a warm and welcoming smile, and explained everything about the area. She also booked us a trip to the island of Capri. The entire place was magical and wonderfully decorated, and the homemade breakfast was beautiful and absolutely delicious - from the bread, to the salads, the eggs, cakes, jams, sweets and the coffee. Everything feels well thought through and prepared to perfection.
