The breakfast coffee, It was out of a machine and surprisingly weak and tasteless. The atmosphere in the dining room at dinner would, in my opinion, have been improved with some background music. The wifi signal at times was very weak, but the staff went out of their way to help you get the best signal available from the two routers they had.

The staff are amazingly friendly and approachable. They could not do enough to help. The thermal pool was so relaxing and left you, and your skin feeling in great shape. The breakfast was sufficient. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and very well designed with lovely terraces where you could relax and enjoy the sun. The room was comfortable and clean, with plenty of space. The balcony was lovely to sit out on. We had dinner at the hotel a couple of evenings and the food was good. The choice of wine was good with a very drinkable white or red costing just €14.

If you don't have car, I would not rent in this part of the Island because you are a bit on a dead-end. You are walking distance from the very small village of Panza but you need to take a bus for Sant'Angelo and all other destinations. You end up spending hours on the bus. However, if you have a car, this is a great destination. The bus can take à long time to come. You loose a lot of time waiting for buses. The rooms are not soundproof. As is it a rather quiet place with rather old customers, this was not a big issue. The air conditioning was very noisy. Unfortunately, we could not sleep with the air conditioning on.

The staff is very nice and very accomodating. The hotel is surrounded of beautiful and big cactus. The big warm pool is very nice. It is very clean. We had a great room with on the first floor with a private balcony. It is a very quiet place. You are at 9 minutes away by walk to the Sorgeto Beach witch as hot springs. There are also few good restaurant at walking distance, and some with fantastic views on the ocean and Sant'Angelo.

the bed was quite tough to include the pillow. recommend avoiding the dinner, it was not very tasty, and it being Italy there is always something good around

If I could, I would give 11 stars rating. This hotel was absolutely amazing! The best, we have ever been. The staff and the owners were soooo nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and pretty, with gorgeous view on the sea. Luxury garden with swiming pools. Very delicious breakfast.

In order to reach different destinations better you need scooter or a car. Nearest beach was about 700 metres.

Brekfast was also very good, although lacked the fresh vegetables, like tomatoes or cucumbers.

This is a perfect place for a family holiday. We loved how caring were the people, who run this hotel. They even offered a free shuttle up on hill to the bus stop and free ride to the beautiful beach and back later. The garden is fantastic and also amazing garden area.

Could provide with better information about what is the best way to get to the hotel. We took the taxi from the ferry in Porto d'Ischia which costed around €40. On the way back we just paid around €3 for the bus ticket for the same distance.

Great value for money. Located on the west shore of Ischia in between Forio and Sant'Angelo. There are so many beautiful things to see close to the hotel so the location is highly recommended. If you are not in a physical good shape you would need to have another type of commute, like a scooter or car. We walked. There are couple of nice restaurants up the hill. Also tried the restaurant at the hotel for the dinner. The swimming pool is awesome and you are able to hop in at whatever time you want during the day. Nice infinity views over the ocean.

Just a fantastic experience overall. A family run hotel where the utmost care is taken of guests. We were very well looked after and just loved the surroundings with the immaculate gardens and the thermal pools. Highly recommended. Will certainly be back.
