The property was extremely well maintained ans modern and had all the amenities. The views were absolutely gorgeous! Gerardo went above and beyond to help us and all his staff was extremely friendly. They made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and they helped us with transportation and luggage as well! Would go back and stay here :)

All the stairs to get to the top! Haha 😅 i would recommend hiring a Vespa as the taxis are so expensive in this area! The neighbours dogs would bark sometimes which was a bit annoying but they were quiet when I told them to shush 🤫 but neither of these things affected how much we loved our stay!

Gerardo was so helpful with our planning and dropping us off to our bus stop and picking us up. The home is so lovely and breakfast was very yummy. All of the staff were very friendly. Amazing views of the Amalfi coast and lovely bathroom and room. Super beautiful!

A lot of stairs, which was very tiring for me as I'm very unfit.

Neat, clean, cute place. Gerardo and staff are all super nice and helpful. Drove us to and from the ferry port. Carried our luggages through all the stairs. Love the breakfast!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Orleans! Gerardo, the host and owner, was an absolute sweetheart. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make our stay special. He picked us up, organized our airport taxi, and even surprised us with delicious cappuccinos. The room we stayed in was not only gorgeous but also had a spectacular view overlooking the sea. Waking up to that view every morning was a true delight. The breakfast at Villa Orleans was simply delicious, offering a delightful start to our day. Sylvana's amazing omelettes and eggs at breakfast were another highlight of our stay at Villa Orleans. Her warm hospitality added an extra layer of enjoyment to our mornings. The location of the villa was perfect; a short walk to the city provided us with amazing views along the way. All in all, Villa Orleans was a fantastic experience, and Gerardo's hospitality made it even more memorable. I can't wait to return!

There were no complaints. We weren’t to fond of all of the stairs but for the amazing views of the ocean, it was well worth the hike!

This property had breathtaking views and in a picturesque setting. The exterior has traditional Amalfi charm while the interior was clean, posh and modern. Breakfast was bountiful and excellent and Gerardo made us feel right at home with his above and beyond accommodations! There is a daring walk into Amalfi center about 22 minutes down hundreds of stairs. Or, you can take the bus which stops right at the hotel and is a 10 minute ride. Gerardo was also kind enough to often offer us a ride into town when he could. We will definitely visit again!

The soundproofing of the doors was not good, so you could hear noises from outside the room early in the morning. The pool could have been open in the evening too.

The breakfast was outstanding, with fresh omelettes or scrambled eggs being made on order. The facilities were very nice, especially loved the pool and roof terrace. Geraldo was extremely helpful, and even picked us up and dropped us off at the harbour.

There were so many things to like about Villa Orleans, Gerardo and his Wife as well as the staff were all pleasant and responsive. You had a fresh prepared breakfast every morning with a 5 star view of Amalfi. The is place was great because it was set back in the hills away from the hustle and bustle of Amalfi, but a quick walk down for when you wanted to eat or see attractions. We rode the bus back up which was very easy to navigate with the help of Gerardo. We would 100% be back here.

We have just spent an exceptional 7day holiday at Villa Orleans. The location is idyllic, far enough from the bustling crowds of Amalfi town but easily accessible by bus to access all you want to see along the coastline. The views from the infinity pool, terrace and your room balcony are simply stunning. The many steps to reach the property only add to its wonderful charm. A delicious breakfast of eggs, Italian meats, coffee, juice, fruit and pastries awaits you each morning. Finally, Gerardo his wife and Sylvania were fantastic hosts. From start to finish they could not do enough to help and look after you. From meeting us from our taxi to carry the cases to the property, to advise on getting around and booking tours and restaurants. Their hospitality was second to none. Will definitely recommend Villa Orleans to friends and family

Everything :) Gerardo and his team were fantastic hosts, you could tell they genuinely love interacting with all of the guests to ensure they provided exceptional service. Our room had a private terrace with an unobstructed view of the ocean and it was only a short walk to Amalfi main town. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Amalfi coast

Maybe a bit uncomfortable for families with children, as you will have to go up and down stairs. For others it’s the perfect place to stay.

Loved the Villa Orleans so much. Especially liked the amazing view from the terrace and breakfast. Quite far away from the center of Amalfi by walking, but there is a bus stop just next to the villa. Staying on the top was the best decision, as you will have breathtaking view of Tyrrhenian sea. Special thanks to Giorgio who made our stay unforgettable. He helped us with all our requests, gave advices and was very friendly, sociable and polite.

The stairs are a little daunting at first but well worth the room, views, and accommodations.

Beautiful property with gorgeous views. Superb host and staff. Gerardo was the perfect host. Had our heavy luggage carried to and from our room on arrival and departure. Great breakfast every day, made to order eggs, fruit, yogurt, charcuterie, fresh juices, and cappuccinos and pasteries. He also gave us great restaurant suggestions and scheduled several taxis for places we needed to get to. The bus comes by at least every hour to go into the town center, which is very convenient. They have a pool as well, but we didn't have time to use it. Our balcony had 2 lounge chairs and a small table with chairs as well. You won't find a better view than Villa Orleans! We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel/apartment is up a steep hill - prepare yourself for a lot of steps (at least downwards, anyways, as you definitely won't be able to walk up them! Your only options upwards are bus or taxi, but the bus is fairly frequent (at least one every hour, sometimes every half an hour).

Great location, great view and exceptional host. Gerardo looked after us well from start to finish, answered all of our questions and even helped us make sure we were being paid fairly for any taxis we took during our stay. He helped us with the ferry timetabling too. I could not have asked for a better host, and I would gladly recommend Villa Orleans to anyone who decides to visit the Amalfi Coast!
