The breakfast was modest, mostly sweet things to eat, egg was cold. The breakfast can be improved for sure.

Everything! The facility is great and cozy , the views are amazing, very beautiful and well maintained facility, the staff were very helpful, they gave us a great rate when we extended another night. Rooms are good enough size, The bed was comfortable and so are the pillows.

The only thing to improve would be water in a shower. It was cold to start with and took around 5-10 minutes to warm which wasn’t an issue for us just don’t jump in a shower until your water is warm enough! You need a car to get here, but it’s a short drive away to shops and restaurants.

Hotel is located in pretty surroundings, it is a great base for visiting other towns. Reception staff were helpful and there were lots of yummy home made cakes to choose for breakfast. View from our room was just stunning.

Only one thing i didnt appreciate, it was cigarette smell in our room. We had to open our windows for few hours to l onet it go.

I had my eye surgery and wanted to have a 4hours nap, it was raining outside and it was so loud I woke up few times from my nap. The windows could be more sound proof/double glazed.

The property is wonderfully kept, in nature and a beautiful view. The rooms are functional and modern, comfortable. The restaurant is great, and not expensive. The garden is vast and peaceful. The staff is extremely kind and helpful 10/10

Room to small for 2 single bad. The food - the dinner was very bad and I ordered food from the waiter but he brought something completely different from what I ordered. For vegetarians, they have very poor choices at dinner. The person at the reception was quite unfriendly and inflexible to my wishes.

very nice location. I booked a room with two beds, but they put this bed together and if I separated the beds, there would be no room to walk around because the room was very small. The pool was great as were the sunbeds!

Pool was a bit dirty.

Easy to access and close to the highway while being immersed in nature. You can easily visit surrounding cities such as Sienna, Florence and San Gimignano. Very helpful staff and functional rooms. Breakfast was average.

The restaurant (food and staff competency) is not at the level of the hotel and that can be the only dissatisfaction of an otherwise excellent place

The propriety is exceptional - impeccable room, all new all luxury, fully working AC, the pool is fantastic, the view and gardens are incredible. Breakfast is complete (sweet and savoury, fruits, coffee cappuccino..) two parking areas including one covered

The room was in a lovely boutique hotel and was very comfortable. The restaurant was also very nice

the receptionist was very accomodating when we arrived. very good view and the property location is perfect. they could do a little renovation with the shower but other than that value of money was really good. that kind of place and service should be at least 100 euros given breakfast was also free but we were able to book it for under 70. you should also check out that restaurant. the staff there are really friendly.

The staff was beyond helpful! They helped us with everything we needed, and were always available (special thanks to Chiara!!). The location is a dream. So peaceful, surrounded by nature and Italian charme. Simply amazing! The food was fantastic, and the breakfast as well - even for those who are lactose free! The road to the hotel is narrow and could be a bit tricky though :)

We may have been there a week before the popular season begins, as the hotel was doing a major construction on the portico main entrance area. I'm sure it will be a fabulous place for apertivo when finished. Driving up the narrow one-lane road to the hill top hotel was harrowing. I suggest guests get there by train to Poggibonsi and then get a taxi or private driver to take them to & from the hotel.

The staff and service was superb. Beautiful decor and location in the country-side. Conveniently only one hour away from Florence but it is worlds away from the metropolitan crowds.
