Generous beautiful building with generous beautiful garden and large swimming pool Tasteful bedroom and bathroom with comfortable beds . Very good breakfast and very nice staff.

Outside the rooms there are sofas and tables and chairs but they should be more well kept and welcoming.

It was in a lovely position very peaceful (a lot of cats around ) and the pool was very nice the staff were so lovely very kind and the breakfast was good was a treat to encounter the horses from the nearby farm wandering around to feed on trees and shrubs

If I had to compare to other agritourism in Sicily, the breakfast could be served a bit more early and was mainly based on a sweets, like croissants cakes and tarts. Being a buffet, the perpetration of warm food like eggs sausages and bacon should be ready available and not have to ask for. We were expecting to have more items to have a proper shower and not just a small sample soap but the rest was OK.

The location is nice and quiet, on the outskirts of the village. The place is very clean and the staff are very helpful and nice. In my opinion it has a great potential with some improvements.

The location is amazing! Very beautiful garden and pool (even if unfortunately we didn’t have the chance to use it). The owners are very kind and helpful and a group of lovely kittens keeps you company during breakfast.

Our room was very small and only had a tiny window on the north side. Even in the brightest sunshine it was dark. We like to wake up to natural light and overslept - everyone is different but bear it in mind. Breakfast is rather basic but this is typical for all of Italy.

Very charming place with nice restaurant. Private seating in front of room to share with the room next door. Nice pool area. The place was run by a young couple who were very helpful and friendly indeed.

Beautiful vegetation and walkways left an opportunity to be maintained/cleaner

The pool was spectacular to enjoy in the day and night. Quad room was spacious and afforded our three adults their own space. The Villa had lovely amenities

The only difficulty was actually trying to find it as there was inadequate signage and Google Maps told us we had arrived when we hadn’t. There was another couple of kms to go once you turn off. It was very unclear as to whether we were going the right way.

Situated a few kms out of town, it was a unique experience in an old 18th Century farmhouse on a small farm with five cats, three horses and a dog. It was rambling and it had a pool area for relaxing. The owner was friendly and helpful and served a nice breakfast in the morning. We had a car and there was plenty of free parking space.

Super well located Little jewel in the middle of Sicily I usually enjoy modern hotels but this traditional hotel is really worth the stay, They have a little farm with animals which is fun for the kids and breakfast is fully home made.

Tranquility & relaxation far from the hectic urban life, but Caltagirone centre is approx 15 min drive from villa. Pool is big and clean even is surrounded by trees.

That we only stayed for one night.

Beautiful Villa with an amazing quiet pool area with bathroom facilities. Vittorio made us feel at home. Dinner on site was superb and good value for money.

The staff did not know a word in english, not even the numerals. Everything was taking ages - we wanted to check out, but although there were other 3 employees, nobody was able to do so. The receptionist was still sleeping and arrived late. The breakfasts, compared to other hotels in the area, were extremely poor - only a few croissants, unripe fruits and cheapest yoghurts. The dishes were not home made, even the pesto was pre-fabricated.

The smell of detergent used to clean the room was overpowering, the bathroom had lingering sewerage smell. The WiFi was super slow. The pool can be used by non residents, and super busy in the weekend. Breakfast could be better. Neighboring room guests were watching TV super loud until at 1:30am I had to go knock on their door. Rating of 4 star is too high for this place, so when you arrive you have certain expectations that are not met. Property has good potential but needs to be managed better.

Beautiful location in quiet area, the couple running the place is really nice. Pool area nice and quiet in the evenings.

The property could be better maintained. The restaurant did not have multiple items on the menu and was booked by parties that were loud and kept us up at night.
