The lift was slow as only 1 goes to floor 5. Shower a little small, no hot water, bit of mildew, weird 3 pin euro plugs.

Great location, 2 minutes from beach, restaurants, shops, gelato all around, 10 minute stroll to the train station, 40 minute ride to Rome or a 30 minute ride to cruise port. Hotel clean, tidy, bar, restaurant, breakfast included, terrace outside. Good find, would stay again.

Maybe a little more information concerning the bus. We asked the staff if we could purchase tickets on the bus. She said yes, unfortunately only if you have euros. We did not since she said you can use a credit card on the bus ( which you cannot). We ended up with a 102 ticket which the bus enforcement allowed us to pay 52 on our credit card. Although this had nothing to do with the hotel, I just wanted to make sure others did not make the same mistake.

Great location to the sea and everything else. Bang for your buck.

The room was not like the one shown in the Superior photo, it had nothing and they did not have enough furniture or drawers to put your clothes

The room was for 2 people and not for 3 like the one I reserved and paid for and it didn't overlook the sea like the room I reserved and they also charged me for the 3rd person, breakfast and beach were very good

The pool did not appeal to us. It felt a bit outdated, but others seemed to enjoy it. The Wi-Fi was spotty and would need to be re-entered quite a bit.

The staff was great! They accommodated our request to change our room after the first night due to a bad smell in the room’s bathroom. The room is comfortable and the breakfast is good. The air conditioner worked well which was appreciated. The location was great.

Double room very small. Superior room ok.

The people working at the hotel were very friendly reception,rooms and restaurant. Nothing special about the hotel so don't expect to much, but I liked it and I could stay here again. Typical roman hotel and beach Close to the beach black sand. Expensive sunbed, but free beach also. 10-15min walk to trainstation. Shopping ok. Fishrestaurants more or less the same menu all places. Less pasta dishes.

The room wasn't that fresh and the interior looked like it was from the 70's. Overall I'm happy that we just stayed there for only 2 nights, but I will probably not return.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The shower was extremely small as well as the elevators that barely worked. The TV didnt work, we could never get it to connect, stayed on the black screen so we turned it off.

The room could accommodate all of us but was dorm style. The scenery was nice. The breakfast was good and the customer service was supreme.

This three-star hotel was a total disappointment. The cleanliness of the room was absolutely abysmal. When we entered, it was evident that the room hadn't been properly cleaned in ages. The air conditioning unit in the room was in a deplorable state. Even when it did manage to work, it leaked water, creating a mess and discomfort in the room. To add to the frustration, the Wi-Fi signal throughout the hotel, except in the lobby, was unbelievably weak. Trying to use the internet in the room was virtually impossible. Overall, this hotel falls far short of its three-star rating. I would strongly advise against staying here and recommend exploring other accommodation options.

The taxi from the airport was outrageous.The hotel was friendly and helpful. They were very helpful in arranging a taxi for the remaining leg of my journey.

I was a late arrival into Rome from the US. I need overnight accommodations. Booking.com suggested the hotel. A outrageously expensive taxi took me to the hotel and a good night's sleep and sumptuous breakfast.

Upon arrival we weren't given any instructions regarding lunch and dinner at the hotel, rules and general info of the hotel, such as cleaning, rules about the pool and other things - and no instructions regarding the discounts available on the beach cafés - we had to ask.

Nice cleaning every day. Personel willing to help at all hours. Very nice food. Good and relaxing surroundings in the garden cafe.

breakfast was terrible, staff seemed like they didn't want to be there, room was decently sized, but it looked run down and had a strange smell and even if I paid for a sea-view room, they gave me a room where the view was obstructed by a building (so I had only partial sea-view). Would avoid it if I were to choose again

The bed duvet was really dusty but this wasn't a big problem. This was supposed to be a daybreak vacation away from the chaos of Rome but we didn't even manage to stay overnight, since the noise of a group of teenagers who were on vacation made it impossible. First they were occupying the pool area and after 10pm they returned to their rooms while they were smashing doors, speaking loudly and running around. We decided to leave without staying the night, since nobody wants to be awaken by loud teenagers in the middle of the night. The reception staff was sorry but this didn't change our disappointing Saturday night. In the future I would advise the management in case they really need to host classes and schools to keep them isolated to one floor of the building and not having them to multiple floors, so they disturb less guests possible.

The hotel has a nice lobby and very friendly staff. The room overlooking the sea was very spacious even though it looked tired and needs some renovation soon. The bathroom was clean.

I would have expected a lot better for this hotel for the price we paid To Be Honest ! Its close to the beach and kids friendly - but the facilities, especially the toilets were very smelly!

A gem of a place. A few steps away from city centre and beach. The ‘half board’ deal included Breakfast and a delicious 4 course dinner. The staff was very polite and efficient for my needs. A special ‘thank you ‘ to the lovely cleaner on the fifth floor who made my stay so clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this lierle paradise hotel th Thank you so much to all the staff for making my stay there MAGIC!
